I have writen before about the Budo fire and again I am back. There are some questions I proposed be put before Mr Tamale mirundi. This is the gentleman whose children survived the fire. Tamale's child was sent home yet he wasn't sick...I proposed publishing these questions after the official government report which should have come out at least in a month but up to now it hasn't and the public, parents and the paliament have behaved impotently as we have always done.

Put those questions in public domain now. Ugandans we are better than this!

It is true Lt Mugambe was struck by an aircraft bomber on Oct 2, 1990. J. Sekajja also died at the rank of Lt. in the RPA in 1999.

One writer, wrote asking about the fellows who used to run Amudat primary school in Bwaise. During the Rwandan war I heard that one of those guys who was with RPF whose name I have forgotten got stung to death by bees. That was during intensified fighting between the two groups. From what I heard, he was a doctor or used to provide medical assistance. His brother was called Joseph and died after the war. He got sick while in Rwanda or Kisangani and was quickly driven to Kampala. But he died on his arrival to Namirembe hosipital.

As regard the request to help locate the remains of my late Dad Mr. Elias Okidi Menya, I gathered some few information that Brigadier/General - how ever you call him - Mosses Ali who is now serving with Museveni is one of the head commander by then who put my Dad on the firing squad pole with others.

It makes me believe that the current government eats with killers and enjoys working with killers. Mosses Ali needs to be brought to Justice to answer/explain the whereabouts (remains) of innocent Ugandans he killed.

Thanks for all the updates on the situation as it is in Uganda. I am beginning to doubt some of these stories you people come up with. I mean, this is all about Museveni, Museveni and nothing else. You have created so much paranoia and I can see people are beginning to think beyond imagination.

I mean,stories like a UPDF soldier getting mugged and this being construed as a divertion of attention from some thugs who are supposed to be Museveni's men? We are totally losing it here. I can now see that you are not just anti Museveni and not putting Ugandan interests first, but you are totally Besigye based. Are u telling me there are no other scandals out there besides M7 family? Do u also realise that most of these so called radical people just take advantage that they are in government and that M7 himself might not even know of whats going on.

I know everywhere around the world people take advantage of offices of responsibility to satisfy their personal egos. But what u are suggesting is that if someone does something in gov't then he's instructed by M7. I am glad this site was banned in Uganda. Give the man some credit. Would you compare the situation in Ug to Zimbabwe for example?

Slow down or else people will begin to doubt the credibility of these stories. Most of the articles, from what I see, are written by some desperate lazy bones who could not do anything for themselves in Uganda, took off to the diaspora claiming there is no money in Kampala, M7 has taken it all. Did they expect him to go to streets, Amin style and start distributing money? Get a grip people. We have peace in Kampala, even the English and Americans complain of being broke but they dont sit and blame it on Bush and Brown. They get off their arses and go to work and get paid for it. They create jobs not wait for jobs. Go back home and farm and see if you wont get paid, after all there's currently a food shortage. Please give us a break with all your crap.

Our visionary leader was heard on BBC (10th June 2008) with the usual statements which he uses to deceive the World. Mbu We in Uganda have not been affected by the World food crisis! What a liar!

How often have we heard about people starving to death in Karamoja? He goes on to say quote his 'stammerful'(Kama vile amelazimishwa kuidanganya dunia) statistics that we have ten million metric tonnes of bananas, then criticising protectionism that it has prevented us from accsessing the foreign markets.

Can somebody remind him that had it not been the lip service that he continues to pay to corruption (especially in the transport ministry as evidenced by the poorest road network in East Africa.), that 40% of crop output would definately benefit our brothers in Karamoja?

Where is Brig. Henry Tumukunde; where is the gun which they came with to capture power? Hasn't the same gun turned against him? Is he still on M7's leash (house arrest) or is he now a free man around town? Where is Godfrey Masaba? He wrote once from his hideout. How many are out there who were used by M7 to do the dirty work but now dumped?

How about Gen Kazini; is he a free man or still nursing his humiliation after spending some weeks with ADF convicts whom he scoffed at and humuilated? Pride comes before a fall.

It takes intelligence to live in peace with the self and fellow country men. Those who are less intelligent are prone to crime, violence, dictatorship and war if they are in leadership position like M7. Those who are even less intelligent do the dirty work for people like Museveni; like torture and kill people in safe houses for a few pieces of silver.

Gen Aronda like a pitbull terrier dog is now preparing for another war with the LRA in far away countries. Some of our soldiers will inevitably get killed in vain, leaving their wives and children to the dogs, while Gen Aronda's wife and his children, M7 and his children and grand-children are safe and swimming in unlimited security and wealth.

These people want more ghost soldier's money. Remember the defence budget and State house budget is maximized for that purpose.

If you are a CMI, ESO or Black Mamba operative, police constables, who harrasses and torture innocent Ugandans, then you know your level of intelligence - below that of M7. I am concerned about those operatives who are graduates. You can't subject your level of education to degradation and dehumanization, which M7 is subjecting you to, to torture your own people.

As a matter counsel, once you torture a person or kill him, you will live with it for the rest of your life. It becomes part of you. It takes away your peace and happiness. There are millions of Ugandans who live for less than a dollar a day but are happy with their families because they don't have the blood of another Ugandan on their hands.

Museveni is incapable of reasoning to convince people to support him. That is why when he could not get a single vote from his constituency in Nyabusozi in the 1980's election. He then exploded and resorted to violent means to capture power. For 22 years because of his low intelligence he resorts to threats and intimidation as his false popularity falls apart; unfortunately, again using other people's sons and daughters.

Less intelligent and irrational people have since joined his madness in droves, causing untold suffering in Luwero, extended to Northern and Eastern Uganda, only to regret later their rush actions.

I am not talking about academic intelligence but wisdom. People like Dr. Kiiza Besigye, Gen Mugisha Muntu are now traumatized by their poor judgement. Others are still trapped as NRA/M historicals after wedding the devil (M7), till death will they part because of groceries.

Ugandans need to recollect themselves and their conscience. Thanks to Radio Katwe, we can find the opportunity to express ourselves and learn from each other. Evil prevails when good people say nothing. We have left the country to wolves, sharks vultures and hyena's for so long.

Those who have sinned or committed crimes against Ugandans still have a chance to redeem themselves, apologize and be forgiven, because they might have acted out of ignorance.

Corruption in Uganda. Within 9 years of NRM's reign, public corporations which are the backbone of Uganda's monetary economy, have been bankrupted by Museveni's appointees.

Museveni, you never came with any forest from Rwanda, why are you hell bent on destroying our forests? I was reading the UK Guardian of 11/06/08 and I was shocked when they said that Uganda's forests'(not only Mabira) have been systematically destroyed from 1987 to todate. YES, from 1987 and I just wonder how this man, after massacring innocent Ugandans jumps straight away to our natural resources with one thing on his mind; the destruction of Uganda.

Please leave our forest's alone. You found our forests intact and you are busy planning for their destruction. You never came with any forest from Rwanda and you've never planted any tree in any forest. Go to Rwanda, maybe you've got lots of trees to cut there but leave ours alone. You will be defeated in the 2011 elections and you will go. We don't want to harm your next of kin but if they try it on us, this time we shall retaliate.
