My initial inquiry was a genuine one, woried about Ezra's well being. I never, ever meant to be disrepctful to him. I have known him since 1968.

He is a wonderful, honourable human being, and I wish him and his good wife Chantelle all the best.

As for the UTB saga, I am greateful to the person who wrote back about M. RAMESH who cheated Ezra out of a Million US Dollars.( US 1,000,000)

His real name is MR. RAMESH MASRANI, a partner of Sam Kuteesa and the MD of SPEED BIRD TRAVEL.

This man was jailed at Brixton Prison in London for 3 years for selling false documents of ALITALIA, the Italian Airline.

He had worked for ALITALIA AIRLINES in Kampala from 1967 until 1972.

He had stolen the airlin's tickets and MCOs when he left Uganda in 1972 and was nabbed by Scotland Yard UK while trying to sell them in London.

His name should be JAILBIRD not SPEEDBIRD.

I write to thank all the contributors to this informative site. Let us stop using the tribal identity such as the Acholi, Bahima, Baganda in reference to the good and bad. When we do this we fall into the trap of being identified anti-"x" tribe.

We are all Ugandans and you will find evil people in Acholi as in Buganda as in Mbarara etc etc.. Our enemy is someone who has no interest of Ugandans. I would have no problem with Jim Muhwezi if he could take himself to prison for the lost AIDS money, Otafire for selling every available public plot. And mind you Ssebagala like Sebana Kizito they have also sold the KCC properties. Wandira Kazibwe's lost valley dams, the junk helicopter purchasing officer is there, etc.

Let's just wite names in the black book. If you have evidence just document it for when we will need it in the near future. But I warn again, avoid blanket the tribal reference.

I would like to respond to the letter of the so called defender of M7. I live in Uganda and see, hear all the atrocities going on around us. Ugandans are hardworking people who will also smile when they are suffering.

So if you sit in your posh houses and get all tax free money which you have embezzled don't think we are all in the same. Just take a walk around in Kampala's downtown and see how people are struggling. Some can't even afford to buy salt for their food! We are sick and tired of M7 and his bunch of thieving cronies!!!!!!!!

This is to notify to that i do also agree with the writer, I am not a Museveni supporter but I do be believe Radio Katwe is solely there to dish all the dirt on Museveni. I believe there are a lot of crooks in Kampala and Uganda as a whole , but I do not think that whoever steals big money is supported by Museveni or he is behind it.

Despite that he has amassed himself with a lot of wealth, this does not stop us as Ugandans to also work hard to acheieve what we need in life.

I do leave in the diaspora and I do come to Uganda often, but what I have found out is that a large proportion of Ugandans are so lazy, they want free money and do not want to work for it. We people in the diaspora have tried to find jobs for our brothers and sisters in Uganda but have ended up dissappointed due to the great ambitions they have.

We are now experiencing a lot of animosity over these land issues in Buganda and elsewhere, why? Its because these lazy people do not want to go and cultivate the land and make it productive but resort to selling it and either buying cars, boda bodas and some few unlucky ones trying to make it in the west (uk, usa etc), not knowing what problems and huddles awaits them in the West.

Mother Uganda is a virgin place in terms of income generation and people have failed to take up all these opportunities, foreigners like the Asians, Europeans and others are taking up these opportunities. These guys are hard working and are therefore bypassing us the indigenous people. So stop complaining and get back to work we have a lot of opportunities in Uganda.

This article clearly shows how shallow, selfish and moronic some of the people in Uganda can be and it has highlighted the fact that Rk is doing a great job to the frustration of insiders in Uganda.

I dont need to say much but if the stories are false why the bother and frustration by the concerned citizen.

I dont intend to waste a lot of time as im a busy professional in the diaspora but it clearly shows the standards our beloved citizen has set if he wants our contry to be like Zimbabwe before we can speak out.

Some of us are not in the diaspora for money but are hear to help our beloved contry from afar and thats why the money sent from abroad exceeds coffee exports.

Lastly please get some education and understand world trends and the importance of Good accountable leadership before you display arrogance and stupidity to the world.

Dear Radio Katwe, I hope I am not late responding to the writer who blamed Dr. Besigye's supporters for writing against Mr. Museveni for all that is happening in Uganda. This is not anything new and is a confirmation of how bitter Mr. Museveni and his supporters feel bad of being exposed by RK. That's good because they should not think that the world revolves around their backward methods of handling public affairs.

The author of that article should know that Mr. Museveni blames all the past misdeeds on the then leaders who should have exercised good leadership. Even if some of the wrong things done were not a result of direct orders given by the past leaders (Amin/Obote), the blame has been placed on them especially by Mr. Museveni and his supporters.

Therefore, the author of that article must know that it doesn't matter whether it's Mr. Museveni who has given direct orders or not to do bad things in Uganda. What matters is that he is the leader today. Anything good, Mr. Museveni and his supporters will claim credit. They should therefore accept to be discredited when bad thing things happen in Uganda under Mr. Museveni's rule. Period.

To be serious, the author of that artcle has done good to show you the fact that in every person there is the good and the bad, as it is with any tribe or country. Many writers talk only of the bad side of M7, forgetting where he brought the country from. May be those writing rubbish against M7 were in the group of those hooligan Youthwingers of UPC who were killing, torturing and looting. Now that M7 stopped that, they can nolonger do it and so rechannel their egos in this honorable website and, by the way, dishonoring it with misinformation, and unprofessionalism they all seem to claim to be.

It is by marshalling the human and capital resources that we can develop Uganda and not by enjoying pizza's in london or wherever, and then around tins of perones or heinken you think of what to write. Come down and join us and any thing to condemn the government, you have your members of parliament.

The writer actually may have some time to read and see the professional intelligence you claim and then can have time to smile. In suggesting that you come and join the gardening in the farms was to show you that no ugandan will eat your words on the site, because even your people however much you send, they will have to buy some produce from the market and unlikely that they will build any processing plants.

Thank you for the exceelent job that you are doing to expose this demon called Museveni. I wish all the balokole who flock to him and the thieving First Lady knew that this man is actually an evil spirit - emandwa! He has wrought nothing but death and destruction on the Great lakes region. He introduced the heinous crime of using child soldiers in the form of kadogos. He has suuceeded in every war that he has fought by causing the death of hundreds of thousands of civillians and blaming their deaths on his enemies and then pretending to be the saviour fighting to protect the people from genocide when in fact he himself is the genocidaire!! He has looted the Treasury dry and if it was not for the gullible bazungu we would be in the same boat as Zimbabwe. That man is nothing but Emandwa.

Oh by the way, Museveni is a practitioner and is sustained by local black magic. He has no fewer than two Presidential Advisers - Kakooza Mutale and Senkaayi, who are dedicated to practising witchcraft to keep him in power and bewitch his opponents. The late Zimula Mugwanya was also a presidential advisor of and for witchcraft. It is said that the gods of the Baganda killed Mugwanya because he performed a riutual for Museveni that is only supposed to be performed for Kings. Museveni also regularly consults Maama Fiina and Joseph Kabuubi. All of these are to connect him to the spirits (empewo) of Buganda. But those who are in the know, say that the reason why Museveni and the Kabaka cannot reconcile is because the gods of Buganda abandoned Museveni when he refused to deliver on the pact that he made with them regarding the restoration of the Kingdom of Buganda. Mutebi knows this and is aware that the gods of Buganda have made Museveni mad and they are going to remove him from power by killing him too so Mutebi is not wasting his time with a DEAD MAN WALKING!

Witchcraft is also the reason why Museveni is now frequenting the kings of Bunyoro and Busoga. He thinks that the gods of the Banyoro or the Basoga can keep him in power or save him from the impending death which is going to be brought about by the gods of Buganda. But in vain. Even the Baganda witchdoctors who are eating his money know that Museveni's time is up - that is why you do not see Mutale brutalising people any more. He knows that he will soon have to fend for himself so he is preparing for a soft landing.

Museveni has turned to a Tanzanian called Mwoogeza as well as to an unknown Cameroonian witchdoctor in his quest for protection against the angry gods of Buganda. The Cameroonian was given to him by Paul Biya of Cameroon and was kept by Amelia Kyambadde at her home in Bugoloobi. It is the Cameroonian who told Museveni to sacrifice the poor little virgin girls of Budo Junior by burning them alive. Museveni thought that this would cool off the gods of Buganda because the kabaka cannot make a human sacrifice. But the gods are having none of it instead they have attacked him more. He is constantly calling the witchdoctors to help him but he is a goner!!
