Thanx for the nice article on Henry Kyemba. I was working for the Ministry of Finance in the 70s till when I was forced out in 1987.

Henry Kyemba stole alot of money while he was a Minister and if African governments were serious, he has yet to account for the money he took during the time of his defection both in terms of travel allowances, and in addition, Uganda had just finished paying for some medicine but the supplier has never received the remaining balance.

Note, those days, Uganda was buying medicine and drugs from UK, France and Ireland on a cash basis since most of the Westen countries avoided dealing with us.

One should also note that Museveni was an agent of Amin and his claims that he fought Amin are just not true. This man was a double agent, fighting both Obote and Amin at the same time.

When I left Ministry of Finance, there was a lot of evidence to show the true colors of Museveni but we used not to consider it serious but on hindsight we should have got this evidence to the public.

Reports reaching the Special Branch here in Kampala is that the ever treacherous snake the so called all time "Revolutionary" one Yoweri "Kaguta" Museveni is at his tested games serving his master in Britain.

According to the reports, all the alleged demonstrations and films being aired on BBC, CNN, SKY News etc are the works of Museveni and his handlers in British Security Services.

Whenever demonstrations or Public party gatherings take place in Kampala or any place in Uganda, the Police is sent in to beat up the demonstrators while M7's agents are filming the show thereafter M7 sells this to his Masters in UK.

So, fellow Africans, what you see on your TV sets may not necessary be what is happening in Zimbabwe but may be clips from Uganda and South Africa taken by M7's agents in Uganda and our Embassy in South Africa.

In fact, some of these clips were taken by ESO agents in Kenya early this year.

Most Special Branch Officers at Headquarters are shocked when one regional officer brought this to their attention when he revealed that the pictures he is seeing on his TV regarding Zimbabwe are from Uganda.

This man is known to be from Ankole but the fact is he is a son of West Nile. His father is called late Drani who worked in Police and Customs before the fall of Obote.

If you want to cross check, just ask Mr Adrole who has a Jerrycan factory at the Industrial area. Adrole was manager in Nytil Jinja during Amin's time. Also any family member of the late mzee Kabachenga from Mbarara will tell you about him. This man is a 'lost son' of Arua. We want him back as soon as possible

But please I have tried all possible ways of reaserching about the late Archbishop Luwumu's biography and people who plotted his death. I knew that Amin he was the final but I want people who contributed to his death. Also the likes of the late Ben Kiwanuka. I will be very grate full.

but about Kyemba letter, let Henry Kyemba or his body guard contribute even once. They have failed right now but we knew one day they will be able to answer some good questions

please allow me space to find out exactly the ethnic origin of the Balaalo. all i gather is that they are pastoralists and move from one place to another with their herds of cattle grazing wherever they happen to find green grass.

However of late they have been known to take liberty brandishing guns and not spears and graze in other peoples farms willy nilly. They have of late made an appeal to the higher court of appeal so that they are not evicted from Buliisa District land.

What is also interesting is that the Deputy Registrar of Appeal Gladys Nakibule is quoted as saying that she dismissed claims that President M7 okeyed the eviction of the Balaalo. if the lower court of appeal dismissed the case then has the President got to sniff his nose in this as well?

This shows clearly why the Judiciary, Parliament or Cabinet etc cannot take any decision without M7's approval! Doesnt this show the Balaalo's mentality and that of M7 that Uganda belongs only to them and they can do whatever they want unhindered!
