Dear Your Excellency President Museveni,

Re. Stop stupid acts and nobody will believe the Radio Stations

I am one person who will be the last to call a war hero and liberator a stupid person. I am also aware that we are all differently endowed upstairs and indeed intelligence is God's gift to mankind which he dispenses in different measures to different individuals. I am personally convinced you are an intelligent person and that is why you have survived for 33 years in a seat where others only spent days!

I will of course not wish to go back to your pre-1970 performance at the University of Dar es Salaam and before. That is a matter that is not relevant to this debate of the FM Radio station's stupidity in relative terms to yours and that of your government.

The only area I would like to take issues with you is why in your wisdom you are adopting Idi Amin's tactics of creating a reason or reasons for doing away with your enemies. Let us compare and contrast the following:

(1) In 1974 Fr. Clement Kiggundu of Munno Newspaper was arrested by goons of Idi Amin. Up to today he has not been seen. It was a blantant attack on the media by the state at the time. Fast forward - the Monitor Newspaper, KFM, the Radio in Teso belonging to the Catholic Church, and Now Radio CBS as well as a host of journalists, media house managers are under attack by Museveni's CMI goons - sorry liberators!

(2) In 1977 Idi Amin's boys arrested and killed Archi-Bishop Janan Luwum and two Ministers and accused them of treason and amassing weapons to overthrow his government. The World could not believe it your Excellency! It was a greasily affair Sir and never believed. Fast forward 2005-2008 chaps, sorry CMI have done the following (a) Arrested Kizza Besigye and tried to create for him a rebel force called PRA and link him to Kony with a New Presidential advisor called Onen Kamdulu and it does not work (b) Tried the rape case of Kyakuwa Joanita on him and the wise justice did not call it stupid but "an amateurish attempt" (c) Now this, this your Excellency -- you honestly want us to believe that Kabaka Mutebi has amassed arms to eliminate you? You honestly believe your so called "intelligence sources" or is it your mind, when they report that Batty Nambooze, Lubega and Mayiga are rebel leaders? Do you really think anybody, I mean anybody with a bit of intelligence beyond an idiot will believe you?

I am sorry Your Excellency, I am trying to find a difference between a sophisticated and wise revolutionary that liberated Uganda from tyranny called Yoweri Museveni and the stupid, uneducated dictator called Idi Amin as per their actions. You are making my task difficult. Please stop putting those of us who once believed in you to shame. This is the year 2008 and not 1977! At least try your own tricks and stop copying Idi Amin's essay on how to deal with opposition and a hostile media.

We cannot thank you enough for the innovative idea of starting this site as one of the most effective means of fighting for democracy in our beloved country Uganda.

My reason for writing today is in connection with the killing of innocent people in the Kampala surburbs in recent days. The latest of these killings took place in Kireka where gunmen just came and invaded inocent civillians in their own homes. They rounded up a few homes and ordered all people to get out and sit down. Afterwards they selected a few of them and they shot them dead before they left.

For those of you who might remember, MR Museveni used this tactic of intimidation and creating caos during Binaisa's regime. I was still a boy by that time but at one time I remember when armed men used to invade villages around Kampala surbarbs and rounded up men before they killed them. At one time I specifically remember when they picked innocent people from bars and their homes, shot them and left their bodies in heaps in different locations. Such killings were witnessed in villages likie Lungujja, Nateete Busega, Nakulabye etc.

Now when I hear that again gunmen rounded up homes in Kireka and pulled innocent people from their houses and killed them I start fearing that the days of terror are back. Perharps this is what Radio Katwe warned us about recently that tarbulent times were ahead of us. Kakati onno Museveni ate oba ayagala kuzanya bukolomoni ki? Kino kitalo naye bannange ffenna twegatte tusabire nnyo eggwanga lyaffe.

Honestly Mzee Museveni, I believe you read this, can't you really get any remorse for what you have done to our country after shedding so much innocent blood for the past 30 years? Mzee you have killed more people more that any other dictator has ever killed in the history of our country. In your clear conscience havent you not yet poured enough innocent blood to achieve your personal gains? If so how many innocent Ugandans have to die before you get satisfied? God help our country.

The people of buganda and all peace loving citizens warmly embrace the release of the Buganda ministers and the head of the bganda civic education committee. Its with pride and elation that we warmly embrace and welcome you back from the undue detention by fellows in the police force that may not be largely blamed but blame those whose interests they are serving. we should not be saying welcome back because you have never left us. we happily note that even under detention you have kept the spirits of all peace loving citizens and the baganda high. As peace loving ugandan, am immensely proud of your efforts to stall the passing of the land bill through senstisation of the msses.

Am immensely proud that you have been part of an important struggle to educate the innocent citizens about the ills of the land bill. You are such outstanding patriots, i must say. The government has not released you out of good will, but they must acknowledge the fact that at this moment, you have completely out lasted, out paced and out manouvered them that the had no option but to set you free of stage managed charges.

from this release, I want to urge you to move rapidly foward with the common strategic objective of eradicating land illiteracy amongst the kabakas and Uganda masses. am heartened by the fact that yur alliance in the quest for a democratc uganda remains as strong as ever before and is even growing stronger.

I'm enraged at the continued bad behaviour of the NRM regime. If I were to describe what I think of them, you won't be able to print it.

The message from the NRM leadership is clear , they will defy and amend the constitution whenever it's convinient for them. But I'm sure most Ugandan's can now see through this evil, therefore it's time for each and every one of us to unite and say we have had enough and this is the time for a change.

I wonder what they (NRM) are still resisting apart from the people's will. The intimidation and harassment will only lead to more violence in the future. It's futile, shortsighted and in nobody's interests. Please the writing is on the wall.

Maybe a simple list similar to the ten (10) point programme might be handy for the so called historicals, for they seem to have lost their bearings.

1. Ugandans want a government that respects our human rights.



2. Ugandans want a government that respects the role of courts and parliament.

 
3. Ugandans want a government that is efficient and corrupt officials to be jailed

 
4. Ugandans want all Buganda's 'ebyaffe'-assets to be returned unconditionally,

 
5. Ugandans want the conflict in the north to be resolved peacefully.

 
6. Ugandans don't want a life president or a presidential monarchy.

 
7. Ugandans don't want a new land bill.

 
8. Ugandans don't want arbitrary arrests and detention in safe houses or torture in any form.

 
9. Ugandans don't want soldiers in police uniform but a professional police force.

 
10. Ugandans don't want Mabira forest to be sold to greedy foreign investors.

Dear Editor,

Having seen some of the charges put on Ms Nabooze's head, I am really hoping that this case is taken up by the courts. I want to hear more.

I would like to see how Museveni defends himself against the accusation that he is now an old insensitve man who does not know what he talks about.

I am sure that Ms. Naboozes sharp and young advocates will be able to bring a lot of spoken evidence to prove what the young woman was pointing at.

For example , when he was in Luweero recently , he is quoted as having said that one man - Kaddu, who used to supply the Nra with food in the bush is now homeless because some land lord has evixted this man from his kibanja.

Not long ago, when General Muywezi was asked to explain why 40 million of the Global Funds money was diverted to pay for Pr. Karuguire medical bills in Nairobi, Muhwezi said that it was an order from State House, meaning that Museveni had ordered him to do so. When he was pushed further for a reason, the General shouted that those who helped to fight and bring the peace that made it easy for these people to ask him all questions are very important. He added he was never going to apologize for helping a freedom fighter.

Its been over 21 years since Mr. Kaddu supplied food to Museveni and Muhwezi. Why did it take that long for Museveni to realize that the food supplier in a jungle war deserves the same help as a Professor who was teaching in Makerere during that terrible war?

Does Mr. Kaddu become a less important "freedom figher" because he is not a Nyankole or not very educated?

How much does it cost to buy a piece of land and secure it with a Tittle for a man like Kaddu who risked his life for Museveni and Muhezi?

According to Museveni, him, his wife and children own more land than most people in the world. How could this family own so much land if Kaddu had not helped them to win the war?

If they have so much land, doesn't that mean that this family can solve Kaddus problem in a day without involving the Namboozes of Uganda, or is this family the most selfish first family Uganda has ever been blessed with?

With the barbaric arrest of the three ministers, President Museveni has once again sought to remind us all that he has more goons on his side than anybody else, and so we must all fear and shut up or else...

There are some who have tried to suggest that the best response from those of us who are worried and angry by these latest signals is to meet militancy with militancy, that we must riot like we did when Dr. Besigye was arrested or when Mabira was on the table. My feeling is this would be unwise. Museveni has already clearly shown us that he wants just this reaction, so he can show us who has more goons!

Because like many people out there I am tired of merely analysing, I would like to suggest a new form of protest which if well applied could prove more portent than any riots or demonstrations: Silent Opposition. Lets all get together and give this man and his goons, his lying apologists the worst snub they could ever imagine. They must be left in no doubt that though we don't take to the streets anymore, our hearts and minds have moved on, we are simply biding our time, waiting for it all to end. That they might as well be ruling over the trees, bushes and the oil they are salivating over

How would this work? Wherever you meet key members of the ruling NRM (from their leader to the apologists), as an ordinary citizen it is your duty to studiously do anything but acknowledge them. When that convoy drives past you, look up, to the side, anywhere but at it. If you are forced to listen to them (seminary, rally, etc), look up, to the side, anywhere but at them. Fiddle with phone or something. You can even go further and applaud only at the most inane of their pronouncements!

If you are a journalist who must attend a 'briefing' (such as they are) by the IGP, ask only nonsensical questions (here's a tough one for him: "And how are your aunt's cats doing?"), nothing of value (since all you will get back anyway are lies and more lies). Do not humour them by fostering the illusion that their pronouncements contain any truth!

Next time they arrest somebody, no statements please, no negotiations! Simply go to court, work through the process, keep quiet. No protests. What purpose do they serve anyway that the court proceedings haven't? We are giving the oppressors too much power by reacting to their every provocation, playing into their hands.

There are many many ways to implement this silent opposition, and I encourage us all to think of ever more creative ways (and interpretations) of the general idea. Some are methods might be active, others highly passive! Slowly but systematically we are going to make it clear that only the trees, bushes and insects are listening, being led. The rest of us have rejected them completely. We are simply waiting for God's deliverance. The only people we must scrupulously give time of day are the ones who haven't lied to us yet.

The time for analysis is over, the time for meaningful action is here. Museveni and his people have already shown how vulnerable they are to slights (witness his wrath directed at Nambooze). Lets give it to them on such a massive scale they fold in no time! Are they going to arrest you for looking away when the presidential motorcade goes by? Are they going to decree that you must pay attention at their next briefing? This system has relied on our inefective means of protest. Lets break it with new, mass methods that signal our displeasure in the a clear way.

Today its me, tommorrow its you. Days of flagrant intimidation and disregard for the basic human rights are numbered in the modern world. A mother kept away from her one year old child for 120 hours without any charge in un-known locations. Talk about kidnap???

Remember, Bashir, Milosevic,Taylor, Kibaki, Mugabe, Abacha...the list goes on.

Someone, somewhere and the good souls in government speak some sense to these people and save our country.

Remember no one goes to the grave with land. We will all leave it here, but at what cost does this dictatorship want to do this???

There's no doubt that the new winds of change are here.We need,ever now than before,to Unite and to norture the spirits,the resolve to strengthen the peaceful and the legal instrumnents to get away from the old and destructive mentality of brutal force by guns and other weapons of mass destruction.

Thanks to the Buganda officials who are persuing this approach of a non-confrontational, but an aggressive and a vigorous legalistic module.

Could this be the 'way forward' to a'peaceful' regime-change in our beloved Motherland?

Readers,refer to some lines in my recent write up on M7 view of Buganda,the Baganda and their Kabaka by examining how Mengo responds to this release and how the population of Buganda reacts.

Has M7 succeeded in intimidating, coersing and scaring off Mengo from joing those who oppose his dictatorship in Uganda? Have Ugandans seen how M7 capitalises on the notion of insecurity to sustain his murderous reign? Look at how he creates ADF and other rebel groups, including Rwanda as an excuse to arrest opponents.

So what are Ugandans prepared to do to free themselves out of this 'prison' called Uganda under M7?

I get extremely amused when I see the torturers of yesterday: Kazini and Tumukunde crying foul about their former 'dad-in- murder'. People who join opposition only because they have been thrown out of their jobs by the dictator should not be listened to. They should also go to those jails where they used to send innocent Ugandans and face the torture.

Ugandans have lost morals because of massive materialism and corruption. M7 has destroyed the moral fibre in the country to an extent where even a primary school kid seeking election as a class prefect has to "supply goods" to his classmates to win power...no longer through charisma and intellect.

M7 is exploiting poverty,insecurity created by him,and the corruption spreading in the civil society,the army and the church to divide and rule,much worse than the colonialists did in Africa.

To get a leader to steer Uganda out of this mess will take Uganda a very painfully long, long time. This disease is biting Buganda as it has done Busoga (which is at the verge of collapse), as it has done to the entire country.

Question is: How will a simply whinning Uganda salvage itself from this M7 ruin? By crying like Tumukunde (Mbu M7 has not called him in 5 years...hahahah!!) or like Kazini, Muhwezi and Mukula, or eating one's vomit like Kategaya?

Men of this ilk really worry me, if it is from their group that Uganda hopes to pick its next leaders.

On what Gen. Tinyefuza said about arrests let him know that whatever he does, M7 will always percieve you as an enemy worse than Kony. During 2001 elections when you sat in Mayombo's ofice and rang Maj. Kayanja who was at the airport and you ordered him to just wresle Col. Dr Besigye and tie him with ropes, govt was just using you as it is using you now.

When in 1995 you challenged govt, you were at the same time secretly in touch with Buganda govt through an emissary who is a respectable old man from Luwero but staying in Nakulabye. M7 knew all this and that is why Lt. Benson Mande of CMI was given a motorcycle and funds to keep 24hrs surveillance on you in your home area. If you challenge me on this drop in the ocean, I will open the can of worms. You will be dumped like a used rubber.

Merits of her arrest aside, the Buganda Kingdom official, Betty Nambooze, is a prisoner "with special status", under UN Convention on the Rights of Prisoners and Detainees," because she's still nursing a baby.

A nursing mother may not be held for more than six (6) hours without being allowed to breastfeed her baby, according to that 1952 UN Convention, as ratified in 1988 and of which Uganda is a signatory.

Someone in the Museveni regime will one day answer to this violation of basic human rights of a nursing mother.

Please allow me to respond to one of your correspondents(RKM), who wrote a letter posted on your "Readers letters" column, on 23/07/08, entitled "URA show us the money from Kasese". As a regular reader of your reputable website, I take this letter to be referring to one posted earlier on your website dated 16/07/08, exposing the Western media conspiracy against Zimbabwe. RKM goes on to express his fears about the Western plan to "impoverish, disease and finally wipe the African race". Another related article by "Concerned Ugandan" on the same date, same column, asks a similar question about the fate of our gold in Karamoja and goes on to ask the whereabouts of Linda Chalker, a former British Foreign Secretary.

I had wanted to write this article just after reading the article of 16/07/08, by a "patriotic Ugandan". My research also convinces me that these fears are not alarmist or unfounded, given the long, bitter, and bloody history between the West and black people.

The Times of London on 11th May, 1987 carried a very important article, on how the small pox vaccine triggered the AIDS virus, written by a science editor Pearce Wright. The story suggests that the small pox eradication vaccine program sponsored by WHO was responsible for unleashing of AIDS epidemics in Africa . Just google "W.H.O. murdered Africa", debunking the origin of AIDS (21/02/2005)..it shows evidence and confessions of these horrible crimes to humanity "which is still going on". The US press and all agencies curiously enough conspired not to publish this finding. Please notice that, in the main, it has been the American and British scientists who have been peddling the "African green monkey" theory of the origins of AIDS, perhaps to deliberately decoy the victims(us) into looking the wrong way for to the cause of our suffering. Since the Anglo-Saxons control the UN and its Agencies (WHO included), we shall perhaps never know if WHO, a supposedly UN agency, knowingly used these vaccines to depopulate Africa, Blacks in Brazil, Haiti, etc. For further information refer to "The secret AIDS Genocide Plot" by Alan Cantwell, Jr. M.D, published by ARIES Rising Press. There are many other publications and theories regarding the origin of AIDS. Nevertheless, in view of the gravity of this evil, why have African leaders not taken up this matter at the highest possible level?. Why have they for instance not directed our scientists to come up with their independent findings? Did we Ugandans not lose hundreds of thousands of our dear ones and still continue to do so? "We all did love them once, not without cause, what cause withholds us then not to mourn for them"?

If this does not convince you enough then take courage and google up "Henry Kissinger plan 200" (NSSM 200), 1974 genocide plan for food control, by Joseph Brewda (08/12/1995). How Kissinger, former US Secretary of States, a Jew who escaped Adolf Hitler's concentration camps only to grow up to be so evil as to become The Commissioner of a programme committed to the extermination of third world races beggars belief.. Former USA president George Bush Snr, father of the present USA president, who was then Chief of CIA, was assigned to assist Kissinger in this nefarious scheme. African countries mentioned then were Nigeria, Egypt, Ethiopia, etc. The weapon cited by them were, birth control, war and famine, etc. The use of food as a weapon in this one sided "war", was uppermost in their plan. Is it not dangerously naive or even criminal of our rulers to trust the famine relief foods so willingly provided by the USA and her Allies. Is it any wonder that The Union of Myanmar ( Burma ), despite the high death toll of it's citizens, from the recent hurricane, would not touch American food or aids, even with a long pole!

If after reading the above cited documents you are not persuaded that humans can do such things to fellow humans, or that some Whites in high places do not think we are human enough, then let me take you through some excerpts from apartheid South African President Botha's speech to his cabinet, and reprinted by David G. Mailu, for the Sunday Times (of South Africa) dated 18/08/1985:

The fact that blacks look like human beings and act like human beings do not necessarily make them sensible human beings. Hedgehogs are not porcupines and lizards not crocodiles simply because they look alike. If God wanted us to be equal to Blacks, he would have created us all of a uniform colour and intellect. Intellectually we are superior to Blacks. That has been proved beyond any reasonable doubt over the years.

Europe, America, Canada, Australia and all others are behind us despite what they say. Surely God can not forsake his own people whom we are. Let us all accept that the Blackman is the symbol of poverty, mental inferiority, laziness and emotional incompetence. Isn't it plausible that the Whiteman is created to rule the Blackman. So brothers and sisters, let us join hands together to fight against this Black devil.

I am sure you don't what to know more. The Romans used to say "verbum sapiente sat" ( a word to the wise is enough). Yet our rulers in the Great Lakes region, M7 in particular, is in cahoots with those so-called South Africans; (the Boers), Jews and their Anglo-Saxon Allies. They are ruthlessly milking our country dry of our resources, which should be used to build a decent environment for us all, ie, essential infrastructure; good schools, hospitals, water and sewerage systems, good housing, electricity, rural water supplies, etc., so that our poor elders who suffered to give us education can look back with pride that their sufferings have not been in vain. Likewise the generations to follow us will look back with pride to the evidence of our legacy to them. Whites openly profess to love their people and their countries and will do whatever it takes to serve their countries. Unfortunately one notices that by contrast it is the educated Africans, politicians ( first and foremost), professors, and other technocrats who are busy selling us back to our ex-White slavers. One wonders whether to cry or laugh, when such evil White leaders visit Africa we are asked by their Godchildren (our rulers) to line up the streets and hail them, waving banners, flags, etc! Only God can save Africa .

The Karomoja gold and Kilembe minerals are allegedly being extracted by clandestine companies; their certificates of registration and all company documents are allegedly being held in state house. Company law requires that information about public companies should be available for public scrutiny. This includes its annual accounts and returns; names of directors and their shareholdings, etc. You will be lucky to ever know for sure those who are behind these bogus companies. These findings were made available by one patriotic Ugandan via the UDC Newsletter in the 90s, to which the country paid no heed.

Linda Chalker and husband, M7 and some South African Boers/Anglo-Saxons, etc, are believed to behind these bogus companies. I believe that, Linda, who has been lying low in Uganda for decades, goes by her old husband's name (of more that twenty years ago). Her current husband goes by is separate surname, Landa. Presumably in this way it gives them a perfect camouflage. Remember that it was Ms Chalker who was the "midwife" of the M7's regime in January, 1986. I remember that she was the first foreign dignatory to land at Entebbe even before M7 had full control of the country. Her excitement about the birth of their surrogate son was clearly palpable.

After the Tory government lost power more than ten years ago, she moved to Uganda and allegedly lying low, milking our minerals and other resource, ad libitum. In return, I believe she does PR work for the evil regime, eg, sheltering them from any possible ICC indictments. I suppose this explains why M7 and Kagame despite their monstrous crimes in the region will escape the ICC net. Unlike Mr. Mugabe, they are allowed to rig their elections until they drop dead. The reported deaths of 4.7 million in DRC, nearly one million in Rwanda and nearly a similar number in Northern and North Eastern Uganda, committed by our "African Kissingers" goes unpunished, because of the protection money (our resources) given free to their Godfathers. By contrast, the Anglo-Saxons want, under the guise of human rights/democracy, to move the earth to finish off Mr. Mugabe for harassing a few White land grabbers. In Africa the British still speak with fiery tongues as the evil spirit "gives them utterances".

In contrast, please notice how they left Hong Kong, with their tails between their legs, knowing that there is an even greater dragon capable of gobbling them up, should they try any monkey business. Shell BP is being kicked out of Russia. The Director Mr. Robert Dudley is being expelled from Russia (Financial Times of London, 25/07/08, front page). If Great Britain is really great then let us wait and see if they will invade Russia to claim their usual "rights", over the resources of other countries, like they do in Africa. Only in Africa do they practice their impunity successfully!

By now it should be clear to us all that M7 & Co. have mortgaged Uganda to ensure that nothing interferes with his life presidency and master plan. He has successfully played the ethnic card, enabling him to get away with murder! This time it is the Baganda, just because they have stood their ground regarding their God given rights to have a say as to how their land is utilized. Last time it was the Northerners/North-Easterners. Why is the beast not grabbing land for those "investors" wherever he comes from? The solution to this is that the country must unite, across the board; East, West, North, Central, diaspora, etc. and rid ourselves of this tyrannical, genocidal and kleptocratic regime, before the whole country is sold off to "investors".

Dear Editor, Jimmy Ssekasi and his students were killed in Murchison Falls National Park. Can you tell the world who killed them.

Also pse do not forget the BWINDI attack when so many tourists were frog-marched into the forest....Properties were burnt and what has become of the Chief Warden who was there? He knew what happened but has since been silenced...Is there a trend somewhere, why do Ugandans have to wait for so long for issues to escalate, with so many lives lost etc!

Hey guys! How are doin' with your intelligence work? Here is my contribution to the analysis of fires that have been reported breaking out in some schools and premises of some companies. To come to my conclusion, that the government of Mr.Museveni might have something to answer, i tried a "scientific" approach to analyse this problem.

Allow me to go into a little technical details of my scientific model because of time. if any one isn't familiar with scientific modelling, it consistitutes four basic steps or stages:

1.The real world problem,
2.the model,
3.scientific conclusions and
4.Predictions/explanations.

Of course,one needs to do the following as you move from one stage to the other: to formulate, analyse, interprete and test. This kind of modelling is to solve some problem basing on some data and/ or info. However, in my own model I had the problem, some info. however skethy, and wanted to try and "guess" who the problem causers were...something like working backwards. You know as scientists we always do what we call control-experiments to see the results given other sets of conditions.

Well, you wrote one time that the security in uganda was behind the fires but you were not so sure. Of course you won't be so sure because they won't come out to accept it. but again as you reported they would eventually let the cat out of the bag. And sure they are already doing that.

First,the events which unfolded in the aftermath of the Buddo fire leave these arsonists exposed. I have been following this story right from when I heard the calls, to go to the school and help when the fire was burning these kids, on radio. The two male bodies that were found together the girls bodies have never been identified and the places where the police claims to have got them have never been mentioned. But the police was quick to threaten with arrest anyone coming out to say that the bodies were found in the burnt dormitry. Can or has anyone around those places near Buddo claim that the two bodies where burnt in their areas, where and when and maybe what they were accused of stealing before they were set ablaze?

The guards who refused helpers to get into the school premises why did they do it after awhile and what did they do before any people came as the dormitory was on fire?

Mr. Museveni's personal visit to the school to me brings one question? Why you Mr. President? Look at the so treatment given to this some and the innocent parents. You reported that Mr. Mirundi kids had be sent home, don't under look that development. He may have given a right answer at the question he already anticipated.

Secondly, Gen.Tinye weeks later says that the ADF was behind tha school fires. Really? This intelligence officer had not come out to say that there were presence of ADF in the city. He had not arrested anyone to that effect with proof that they were ADF. Come to think of it guys...ADF in Kampala? As an individual or a group? Gen.Tinye is a learned man but speaks things like he weren't one. Well, my guess as things have turned out his utteraces were somehow a "calculated" plot to bring a connection of ADF to the now arrested Kabaka's officials. Is that why they were taken west of the country Gen. Tinye? Something tells me this guy just wants to be in the news and "feared" all around.

Now the big one came from Capt. Mike Mukula. This gentleman who has been a close to die-hard NRM support and now feels betrayed, had an interview with one Weekly Observer columnist. He had this to say and I quote:

"I thought we could professionalise the Army, Police, Prisons, Kiboko Squad, the arsonists that are burning schools, NRM cadres, etc., but not politicians. However, since this is a learning curve that we are fast approaching, then probably it's about time that we stared in the eyes of the only bull in the kraal. That, however, comes at a cost"

So does anyone wonder who maybe behind these fires? These fellows know what they are doing and they know why they are doing it. But because somehow Uganda lacks investigative journalist or they are in fear or bribed we miss out on the bigger picture.

To me these fires may be a wide plot by Mr. Museveni and his security to threaten the people in Buganda. Why should ADF burn schools in Buganda and leave those close to their so called bases? Why is the report on the school fires handled directly to Mr.Museveni and to at least the police to do it duty to invetigate? Of what interest are schools to ADF anyway?

I have always been an avid observor of Uganda politics. There is so much waining about the Museveni and NRM, by those in the opposition, but no action. Ugandans have suffered for the past 22 years under Museveni, but Ugandans are either too confused to do anything about it or just plain naive. What they do is just talk, talk and talk. That is why Musveni does not care. He knows, Ugandans are weak and they feel intimidated by him. Just wait and see, the current Buganda crisis will fade away and the guy will just sit back and smile. Why? Because Ugandans have been taken hostage by Museveni and they have all succumbed to him. They can complain, write bad things about him and his NRM government, but at the end of the day, when all is done and said, it does not matter. Ugandans have become just dogs which bark but don't bite. These are not the Ugandans of the 60s, the 70s or the 80s, which I knew. These current generations do not stand for anything, so long as thier stomach are full. They can sell thier own mothers for anything. Wake up Ugandans and stop whining. If you wanna remove this dictatorship, start acting now, not mere talks. Remember, it will have to be Ugandans themselves to solve their own problems and rid themselves of NRM dictaorship. Thanks God, Tanzania helped us with Idi Amin. This time around you are on your own. Uganda owes Museveni nothing. Ugandans did not ask him to "liberate" them. He is just a bully and it's a high time Ugandans stand of to the bully. Bullies are always cowards! Just wait and see.

27 years fighting for Uganda???I beg to differ because a) y you were never elected by Ugandans. b) You spent years in the bush fighting for none other than yourself. You had an agenda which was to loot Uganda of all her riches, destroy the infrastructure, sell off all our properties, rape our kingdoms in particular, Buganda and then flood the country with your people balaalo.

You have completed your agenda. It is time for you to make your exit and I hope the ICC picks you up, together with Mrs the Muhoozis, the Natashas, the Amelias and all yours cronies, the Tinyefuzas, Otafiire, Kale Kayihura (Sp?), the Kuteesas, the Muhwezis, the Kaginiss, the Okuruts, Muwanguzis, the Kaginas, the Salehs, ...on your way back to Kigali. What a pitiful but beautiful sight that will be AND OUR COUNTRY WILL BE RESTORED TO ITS GLORY AGAIN

Miko's family appeals for $60000 refund from spy chief (Emmanuel Ndadiahiro). The spy chief was given the money to help late Miko with his problems in Rwanda , however his problems were never solved until his death nor his money refunded for non- performance. We do appriciate the attendance of your wife at Miko's burial but her ticket did not cost $60000. Please refund this money with immediate effect. Fellow Rwandese be worned , he enjoys bribes but never executes his promises. We hear he's lined up for commissioner General on Police. Prepare for sufferings.

I would like to appreciate the three gentlemen's contribution in as dispensing justice in this country is concerned. Honestly they came at a time when the Rwandan society had been bleeding with Gahima's wrath and lack of integrity.

It is in this regard that I would like the trios to avoid being influenced by the spy. The spy is fond of witch hunting his perceived enemies using the persecution and courts of law. At times he will come to you alleging that the evidence he has against a person is "classified information", and will plead with you to join him in fighting his perceived enemies. In actual fact those he refers to as his enemies are actually Rwandans who have failed to be part of his "munyangire philosophy".

Otherwise, Rwandans have total faith, trust and confidence in you. And will continue to do so in as long as you keep a distance from the notorious and sadist spy.

Ugandans especially those working State House and Kaguta's office have been harassed, persecuted and thrown out of their jobs because of the Ms Amelia Kyambadde, the maverick iron lady (aka Principal Private Secretary of Kaguta).

Like in Uganda, Mary Baine (Bainomugisha) is in a way related to Kyambadde when it comes to sacking those she thinks are working with her perceived enemies. One painful and unfortunate long serving RRA employee, a lady (name withheld) was shown the door because Bainomugisha suspected her of linking or collaborating with her predecessors. Guess what, the guy who influenced Bainomugisha to sack the poor lady is none other than Ndahiro (aka fake spy).

Ndahiro is relationship with Bainomugisha is questionable, and government is losing lots of money in form of taxes evaded by the spy's smuggled goods that never pays taxes. The RRA staff members are really living in fear because of the terror unleashed by both the spy and the Commissioner General of RRA.

Colonel Tom Byabagamba, Bainomugisha's husband is not taking it lightly. Some Kigali snoops have intimated that he has lodged his complaint with Kagame about the spy's habit of encroaching on his beloved wife.

Frankly Rwandans still trust that Kagame can take the lead and carpet and sort out this mess pelted on citizens by his spy chief and the RRA lady.

The Rwandan President is getting impatient with the spy chief! Recently one parliamentarian, named Connie Bwiza (officially married to Sekamana Jean Marie) approached the President complaining about how Doc his spy duped her into a relationship that ended into having a son with him..a young brother to Edgar of Linda Bihire.

The lady politician had all along refused to divulge this intimate relationship she has enjoyed with the spy, but due to Doc's usual irresponsibility, he has neglected his "begotten son". It is important to inform readers that doc had to use public funds (call it operational funds) to fly Connie to Brussels to give birth to his son.

Misuse of government funds on personal adventures! Now the cat is out of box because of our learned friend's mistreatment of his long time girl friend! Other than persecuting people in Rwanda, doc is busy snatching people's wives and lots of divorces reported around!

Mr. President, it is time to act and get rid of this irresponsible citizen.

LT. COL NZABAMWITA, INTERROGATES NDAHIRO

Not all RDF officers are like the cheating spy! Lt Col Nzabamwita is one of the courageous, hard working and serious army officers in town. He is the head of external security, a post once occupied by Ndahiro.

Ndahiro has vowed never to forgive him. The reason being that Nzabamwita interrogated Ndahiro over the latter's 10% commission he had received from purchase of the junk helicopter gunship.

The 10% commission still haunts the spy! And he knows very well that recorded video tape where he confessed to have taken the bribe is in military auditorium and in H.E President's office.

One wonders where he gets the credibility and integrity to point out those who are corrupt when he's the most corrupt guy in and around the Great lakes region. Well he claims to be a blue eyed man of President Kagame, but time will catch up with you. As for Nzabamwita, stay strong and focused in your new job.

DR EMANUEL NDAHIRO ANOTHER SALIM SALEH OF RWANDA.

He is above the law and immune to prosecution. The similarities between the two are:

1- Salim Saleh was involved in the purchase of Junk Helicopters in Uganda, while Ndahiro was also involved in the purchase of Junk Helicopters in Rwanda.

2-Salim Saleh brought down the late Suleiman Kigundu and sent him to jail, got him poisoned and died after his release from jail. Ndahiro did the same by bringing down Alfred Kalisa former Boss of BCDI and was also sent to jail, don't be surprised if he dies after his release. He arrested Manzi former boss of Rwanda air express for gross mismanagement yet he has been embezling Silver Bag's funds with the help of Lt.General Muhire and Joshua Mbaraga, and at the same time Manzi is a brother of Kinjo who he uses to tap peoples phones.

3- Salim saleh used security agencies to harass the business community and those who don't give him the 10% commission. He also brings down ministers who disagree with him. With Ndahiro, he uses Revenue authority's Mary Baine and auditor general's Evelyn Kamagaju to prepare file for Mary Gahonzire to arrest, Martin Ngoga to prosecute and Busingye Johnson for judgement in his favour. This is how he operates.

Ndahiro is a person who hates the president's own family, friends , senior officers, and ministers.

Rujugiro had a narrow escape by succeeding to sell his Bank and has since suspended most of his businesses in Rwanda. He had used Mary Baine of revenue authority to bring him down. He used the mayor of Kigali to demolish Gaposho's Hotel during broad day light, he took bribes from former security chief of Kenya(Truck) , taken bribes from Libyans from the sale of Rwandatel, he took $60,000 from late Miko, he embezzled millions of dollars with former managing director of Rwandatel ( Ephrem). He and former Rwandatel Boss violated all tender board procurement procedures by transferring millions of dollars to Israel and other countries for purchase of equipment without adhering to procurement procedures, yet he is been bussy arresting people who violated tender board procedure like Tito Migabo for just under 10 million Francs.

In Rwanda you can not get any contract without his interference and he continues to use government institutions such as tender board, revenue authority, auditor general and police to frustrate people. Several business people and foreign investors have relocated to other countries and others will follow soon as a result of this organised Mafia.

For us Rwandese we are watching and compiling files should the president fail to take action . Note that it has taken 13 years to bring Radovan Karazdic to justice. Where is Gahima and his brother? Those being used by this corrupt , killer and polygamist will one day be brought to justice. These are few mentioned but the list is endless.

Many Ugandans would never know the difference between Al Capone the Chicago 19th Century (Mafia) and the charitable Mother Theresa of Calcatta (RIP), which brings me to the personality of Ruhakana Rugunda. In psychology Rugunda is double a faced persona. Persona in Latin means "mask". Rugunda like his boss and Amama hides or masks his dark side in gentlemaness and soft spokeness.

In public he looks aimable professional and trustworthy, but inside he is treacherous and selfish. This is also true for Amama Mbabazi and Kuteesa. These people have the Frankenstein Dracula bloody-shoot eyes fangs behind their gentility outlook.

One is far better off with big-mouth Otafiire than Rugunda, Amama Mbabazi. Ota is a "honestly" a corrupt man in character, and by the way very soft-hearted, if not an outright coward.

Otafire is also double-faced but on the opposit side. he is tough on the outside but tender inside. Otafiire is someone who probably in secret sheds tears out of compassion. But for Museveni he is just vile.

No honest person can work with Museveni without finding out his dark side. Only selfish people can comfortably work with the man. Kiiza Besigye saw it and had to wriggle his way out; Amanya Mushega saw it and had to leave; Mugisha Muntu saw it and retired from the army, even though he is still an energetic young man.
