JOHN BOSCO SANYU ARRESTED BY SPY CHIEF DR NDAHIRO.

The former New Times Managing Director John Bosco Sanyu was last Sunday arrested and taken to the safe house by Dr Emmanuel Ndahiro. He was fired from New Times several years ago and had been on the street since then.

The spy chief vowed to have him arrested and killed alleging that he has been embarrassing him in Radio Katwe editorials and nobody will ever save him other than God.

He has managed to frustrate him by ensuring that no one in the media industry employs him and could not engage in any business. He has obstructed the course of justice and one wonders how he can be in-charge of all government departments and so influential to the point of being above the law, as he proclaims. He appointed his mistress minister, everybody knows how he's grooming himself to becoming the next President of Rwanda, but with the Gods help this will never happen. Those 'small gods' he worships at his father's house will be short lived.

Mr President, please rescue this young man before he is killed. The notorious spy has excelled very well in a wrong direction.

1- He has two wives, Umulinga and Linda Bihire

2- The most corrupt government official after Sam Nkusi, former chief executive of Rwandatel and Electrogaz. He has been involved in a series of scandals; embezzling of funds from Rwandatel, busy getting involved in selling of government institutions, buying junk helicopters and he brought down Silverbag an airline company. Together with Lt General Muhire, soon Rwanda will be on sale. Please Mr President, can you save our nation from being sold during broad day light!?

One person that Ugandans have so far forgoten is Gasperi Oda who was the leader of DP. This man was called by the then UNLA thugs to meet Obote in Tanzania in 1979. After returning back to Arua this man was gunned down in front of his house at Ediofe a surburb of Arua. The exceutioner was one Atiku.

But this man Atiku was not prosecuted by that time the Military Commission was the one ruling this country. The man who was in charge in Ministry of Defence was our revolutionary the one and only Yoweri Museveni.

All of us were very sad of losing Oda. He was a very good son of this country. He never involved himself in any bad activities at all, please can we look into this file if possible Miria Obote should be asked about this case because she was the wife of Obote.

Secondly a man called Alayi Jaberi who was a bussinessman in Arua on Adumi Road had just returned from exile at Ariwara. He was arrested by the UNLA and he was killed at Arua Millitary baracks in cold blood.

Infact those days were the days of revenge on us people from Arua, they even said that they wanted to make West Nile a National park! These thugs could just arrest people and kill them on the streets, infact those who were lucky were those at the refuge camps inside the then Zaire, those of Achoka and Otema plus the Opika Opoka were the big men of the day. Opoka was the DC Arua.

These thugs even looted the Lodonga Basilica. They took the church as their place of sleeping with their wives. They even shot the statue of Mary and used the pews and chairs for cooking plus slitting the throats of elderly people including a man by the names of Basiyano who was a former soldier of World War II.

The Baganda are suffering with the "Banyarwanda" refugees in Uganda. They even refuse the Kabaka from touring his own land! This is because they fear the secret weaponry Museveni is hiding there.

Deadly to the public eye mainly meant to target Rwanda. There is an assortment of Chinese made weaponry and some is smuggled in from Libya but this is a hot spot a place that they don't want you to acess at all. The hazardous equipment there is deadly to elude American intelligence. That is why they want everyone to keep far away from the location.

You see Museveni plays on the Arabs brains by pretending to be their close ally. Yet America is using Museveni to spy on them in the so called war on terror. They put Kampala on a terror alert yet there is nothing. Everyday you live in fear till all the oil is gone.

Another thing what is so anoying is the drunk UPDF soldiers who are peeing on the late Yusuf Lule's grave at Kololo Airstrip during practice for independence parade.

Latest coming in from State House is that Museveni, the neo-colonial Governor of his Uganda colony, is being haunted by a spirit (Omusambwa) of the Baganda called Nsamizi. Nsamizi is the spriit which allegedly dwells on the hill on which State House, Entebbe is built.

Reliable sources say that when General Yoseri Tibuhaburwa Kaibanda aka Yoweri Museveni sat down for supper with some family members on Sunday evening a dismbodied voice shouted at them in Luganda to get out of its house ("Muvve mu nyumba yange!"). When Kaibanda and his family hesitated the voice shouted at them again this time more emphatically. Kaibanda abandoned his dinner and then started frantically looking for his soothsayers and spirit mediums. The soothsayers again emphasized to him the need to meet with or at least talk to the Kabaka of Buganda, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II. So Kaibanda started desparately trying to contact Mutebi on the phone. Mutebi was unreachable because he was preparing for his trip to Nakasongola.

Kaibanda panicked and thought that Mutebi was going to perform some rituals in Nakasongola which will further tighten the spiritual noose that is around his neck.

For those who do not know, Kaibanda aka Museveni is an ardent follower of juju (traditional religion) and has been using the spirits of Buganda to rule Buganda and through Buganda, the whole of Uganda! But he went a bridge too far when he started disrepecting the Kabaka and then even started trying to get actual royal power by asking his mediums and soothsayers to perform rituals reserved for kings. The late Zimula Mugwanya died because he sacrificed a sheep and performed other rituals on the shores of Lake Victoria for Museveni. Museveni has been warned that he is close to death if he does not give the Kabaka what is rightfully his. Museveni is now desparate, hence his taking the mengo ministers hostage and now blocking the Kabaka's physical movements. He hopes that Mutebi will cave in and shake his hand.

So desperate has he become that he was even willing to sacrifice the Budo kids. But the spirits are not moved. Museveni Kaibanda must go. Now his followers have started fighting amongst themselves over the looted land of Buganda. Those that the gods will destroy, first they make them run mad!!

After the overthrow of the Okello regime, all the fighting groups accepted to join hands with NRM to form a National Army. However, during the process of integration, One battalion each from the two fighting movements FEDEMU and UFM were taken on and the rest of the fighters were interned in concentration camps under detention by Kasirye under Museveni's command. Even two of the battalion intergrated was accused of colaboration with the Northern rebels and disarmed.

On close observation unrest has mounted owing to the following:

1. Failure to form a working Army HQ.

2. Failure to form an establishment

3. There are no army orders guiding conditions of service

4. Discrimination in command and welfare

5. Failure to pay salaries or regular allowances

6. Failure to cloth the army

7. Failure to act effectively on those who committed crimes against humanity (like Ttemangalo now etc).

8. Persecution of supporters of other movements especially when they are Baganda; by arrested and liquidation

9. Military overexpenditure

10. Disregard of professional military advice

11. Politically the NRM has failed to give a national defence strategy

12. Filling the army with foreigners by that time about 10000 already registered

14. Failure in economy and jerpody in commerce

15. No direction towards Parliamentary Democracy (up to now)

When we all think we have heard or exhausted crimes committed by our so-called "revolutionary" leader, more crimes that one would not expect from a learned leader pop up.

Past crimes committed or still being committed included the following;

- War Crimes (Northern Uganda, Luwero, Rwanda, Congo, Southern Sudan and Chad),

- Corruption (his first name),

- State Inspired killings and we now hear armed bank robberies,

- Election Theft and Rigging,

- Terrorism (responsible for ordering throwing of bombs around Kampala and claiming that it is the work of ADF),

- Torture on innocent people,

- War mongering and threatening neighboring countries,

7 October 2008 , KENYA

A court in the northeastern city of Mombasa today ordered the release of former journalist Andrew Mwangura, the East Africa coordinator of the Seafarers Assistance Programme, on bail of 200,000 shillings (2,000 euros).

Mwangura, who spent six days in Mombasa police headquarters, still faces trial on a charge of spreading false information for contradicting the official version put out by the Kenyan’s government about the destination of a military cargo on a ship that was seized by Somali pirates. The trial is due to be held in a month.

The BBC's website meanwhile posted details of contracts showing that the arms consignment was bound for South Sudan and indicating that the Kenyan government acted as intermediary.

Ugandan Envoy to Rwanda Threatens Tortured Rwandan into Exile

I am just writing to inform you on the situation of a Rwandan citizen who recently hit the headlines :

"Arrested Tortured for being a Kagame spy" (Weekly Observer)

"Detained and tortured for two year"
and President Kagame orders probe into torture in Ugandan jails (The Daily Monitor)

"Torture now threatens Uganda Rwanda Relations" (The Observer)

Kagame: Defend Kalinga (Black Star News)

And many other papers reported this case.

Well, a Rwandan by the names of Acleo Kalinga was abducted by Uganda security guys from JATT and through the late Mayombo's hands he was tortured in these safe houses in Entebbe, in which which claimed his manhood, lost senses, suffers from internal bleeding and lost his earing sense.

The innocent man was never presented in any court of law: despite it that Col. Dick Bugingo the former Commandant of Makibdye military barracks pleaded guilty when he admitted that Kalinga was in his cells and the then VCCU (currently RRU) David MAGARA confirmed that Kalinga was once in his cells also.

Which makes it a clear fact that Kalinga was in Ugandan cells not only one but many cells and being interrogated of course which here in Uganda spells torture by many security agencies.

Back in Rwanda he was recieved and given sorries by the whole country which was on panic by his two year detention and torture. Uganda immediately fearing the Rwandan wrath and the international justice as Kalinga prepared to file for ; Enforced Disappearance in the International court which could spell sanctions on Uganda for harrassing Rwandans, and also as you very well know that Rwanda has no jokes, when you attack them they attack back; and yes, Rwanda is concerned about her citizens unlike in Uganda where the state is against citizens.

On May 30th 2007 Monitor wrote "KAGAME instructs probe into torture cases" where of course our man Paul Kagame was to take action because an attack on Rwandans is an attack on him. Johnson Karemera in the US Blackstar news called on him to act, and its conclusions mentioned Goliath's attack on David, was his last move in life. State here became afraid of the last and a Ugandan Envoy to Kigali Richard Kabonero was strongly urged to follow on Kalinga and even kill him or lead to his arrest and execution from Rwanda.

Sources had it that Kabonero Richard used tax payer's money in billions to hunt the now desperate Kalinga. And now rumour has it in full that Kalinga fled Rwanda for his life and is now in exile in Europe. Well, Uganda has succeeded in getting him out of his own country Rwanda and even looking to kill him wherever he is to thwart justice.

But the population know and a question for the Rwandan President, has Rwanda lost her reputation and became corrupt? Why has the Ugandan ambassador succeeded in having Kalinga leave his mother-land into exile? Every one within the East Afrivan Community which Rwanda is a member country and Gen Kagame the Chairman, is optmistic that we would once have the real East Africa as one: one currency, one president and that we would have a golden chance for Gen. Paul Kagame, given his uncorrupt, developemental and just policies. Has Kagame failed to defend Kalinga? Really has Rwanda Failed to protect her citizen Kalinga, and now some European nation should? If so how sure are you that you will handle the ARUSHA proceedings uncorruptly, if you just failed to protect a single citizen?

Former Rwandan president Mr. Pasteur Bizimungu is in Rwanda and there are no problems with him. Remember the man was released from prison on presidential pardon by Paul Kagame. And he was in in prison because of his own mistakes...lets be fair.

I was recently in Rwanda and just like you i wanted to know how this man is and where he is and i later learnt he is in Rwanda living like any other citizen of Rwanda.

And by the way dear readers LEKA TULEKE OKUJUBISANGA in every thing. Bizimungu was trusted to steer Rwanda to a new change after the genocide but for reasons best known to him he abused that trust. If you have been in Rwanda recently you will testify that the country is on a solid track to positive changes economically and socially. I am not very sure whether this would have been the case at this time if Mr. Bizimungu was left to go the way he wanted.

I am a very independent person politically with no inclinations to RPF or other parties whatsoever but let us always appreciate people like Kagame when we have to. Even forgiving them for things gone wrong in the past if necessary so that we make strides ahead in peace. BANNANGE people can change and forums like RK are good to get many fellas know what people think of them...positive or negative.

Dear editor may I once again tell Ugandans that all of people are talking about Mbabazi but they have forgoten about the real hitman in this country. I want to tell you the worst man is Kiyonga.

This man has betrayed many and killed many to mention few are Amon Bazira and Smith Apon Achack. This Kiyonga lured Bazira to meet him at Kenya then his boys killed him in cold blood. Then he did the same thing to Smith.

This man is the darling of M7 because he is the one doing the dirty jobs for this Polpot General (M7).

you know how Kameruzi killed their victims, they killed them in thousands and they do not have remorse. what they know is their grip on power today they are on rampage on Kabila helping their brother Nkunda in a bid to tople Joseph Kabila. They have forgoten how they where booted by us from Congo in the last war, infact from Arua side this so called major Abiriga should ask himself about of those of Lt colonel Ombia and Buga. this people where picked and killed by their people in Arua so he should know that he is the next target. we are tired of him. this man is making statements in the media to please his master the Polpot General in order to remain in office. or let him ask Agondua Tee who was removed from this position just bacause of making such mistakes even Rubaramira paid the same price of such recless comments.
