LRA terminate Negotiating Team with Immediate Effect.

Press Statement. 10/Jan/2009.

The LRA/M has with immediate effect terminated and ended all contacts with David Matsanga, Miss Abalo and Justine Labeja. Their removal means they no longer speak for LRA or peace talk negotiating delegates and must not engage in any form of negotiations.

The decision was reached in support for peaceful end to the conflicts in Uganda and the Great lakes Region.

This ruling is also communicated to United Nations, African Union, None governmental Organisations, UN appointed delegate Mr Chissano, President Joseph Kabila Republic du Congo, President of Republic of Kenya, Government of Southern Sudan President Kiir, President of Central African Republic, Uganda Government and international observers.

Once again Yoweri is at his best telling Ugandans lies and pretending he is thinking for Ugandans with idiotic statements just to mention a few;

"I have no time for Opposition" I am busy thinking for Ugandans and Africans.

While in Sembabule, he claimed he has no time to waste. "He has a lot to do for Uganda". If in 23 years he has done nothing with the exception of destroying all Government Institutions, what is this fellow talking about???

Is he talking about looting the country and killing more Ugandans as is now being witnessed in the North and in Congo?

That is not my day's main issue though it is just a precursor to what is happening in Sembabule and what Ugandans are missing.

Yoweri's personality and integrity should be exposed for Ugandans to see the person they call His Excellency the President and Commander in Chief (some prefer calling him conman in chief).

This good and well behaved lady Joy Kabatsi as a true cousin sister of Yoweri, a true blood relative.

Because of her innocent, simple nature, she at one time or another confessed that she has Rwandese roots. This is the only reason why the cunning and fox minded Yoweri is trying to distance himself from his relative for purely selfish reasons, otherwise more Ugandans will wake up to the realisation that a Rwandese has been their President for all this time.

Considering that NRM as a party has over 240MPs, how many of these would prefer to have one Hanifa Kawooya (a hyena and rogue element) joining them as opposed to having a groomed Lady Joy Kabatsi. Your guess is as good as mine.

Well, the lesson from this should not be lost to rogue elements within our intelligence and security circles that if Yoweri can deny his true blood relative for purely selfish reasons, what will stop him from deny them when the time has come where by each person has to carry his or her cross. So, you thugs in intelligence who keep torturing Ugandans, better start thinking twice otherwise your time is around the corner. It is now sooner than ever before, the game is coming to an end.

Lastly, Ugandans should note that whenever you see a country without fuel, just know the Government is collapsing, this is one of the indicators.

I am ambivalent to wish RK and Ugandans a HAPPY NEW YEAR 2009, as long as Museveni and his goons mislead Uganda. This is because, of bullies, dictators, despots and fascists like Museveni; the more intense their sense of inferiority and illegitimacy, the more violent and inhuman is their sense of superiority (bombing children, women, chicken, jerricans and Kony's three string guitar).

It's self-fulfilled prophesy that some innocent people will get hurt as a result of Museveni's recklessness into Garamba Forest. Fortunately (not Museveni's son) or unfortunately Flight Lt. Bosco Opiyo perished in junk MIG 21 where he could not even eject. And RK has already intimated that a chopper also went down with some soldiers and their fate unknown.

Except for Museveni, nowhere in political history and armed conflict has any government used fighter planes and battle tanks to bomb its dissenting citizens. Those supporting the attack on the LRA base do so not out logic or reason, but they support it either out of unexamined prejudice and/or self interest.

It is also humiliating for a government to use propaganda against the LRA, like the UPDF Spokesperson is doing; as if it is against a foreign force. Paddy Ankunda is using the media (TV) to proliferate a psychological falsehood (recycling military drills in Kabamba, Arua, Gulu and Entebbe Airbases). Show us the real world (dead LRA combatants)

The 23-year conflict in Northern Uganda and now extended to DR Congo, Museveni is to blame not Joseph Kony and the LRA. When Museveni shot his way to power in 1986, Joseph Kony was neither a politician nor a soldier. Then who drove Kony into a vicious rebellion? Your answer is as good as mine. But unfortunately, Ugandans who appeal logic and reason to make sense out of this endless conflict are branded LRA collaborators.

For instance, if it is true the LRA massacred 400 civilian Congolese in Garamba; it is because Museveni pushed the LRA hands, by attacking their camps, where they were contemplating peace agreement.

The longer the UPDF pursue the LRA in Garamba forest the more body bags and civilian victims. But whatever happens blame on Museveni. It is for which he will never rest in peace, even after his physical demise. Because, all those, whom he is the cause of their early death will continue to turn in their marked, unmarked graves and jungles; pointing accusing fingers at him.

Museveni and the NRM is just wasting time through conflict, to gain time in order to perpetuate and impose themselves on Ugandans indefinately.

But the good news is, God works in a mysterious way. He is probably using Joseph Kony and the LRA to harden Museveni's heart from letting go off Uganda and Ugandans. The longer Museveni stiffens his neck, hardens his heart and thinks he is powerful and also next to God, the more dramatic and catastrophic his end.

If a Christian, Ugandans should remember the Pharaoh of Egypt who hardened his heart ten times against Moses' plea to let his people go; until God started destroying him starting from his first son and finally his entire elite soldiers, on whom he relied to enslave others drowned in the Red Sea.

All the years i have been reading your articles, i have never read any constructive thing that you write about this country. Its all critizm of the current regime. Ugandan politics is like that if another regime come to power you would still critize it the same way. We want you to talk about issues that help us as a nation we are not interested in your politicating

Through your site, let me appeal to President Museveni to handle the security of the country proffesionally; 22 years is long enough to forget his bush methods of running security.

He should not allow people in civilian clothes to carry Sub Machine guns on the streets of Kampala as they do today. Let them carry pistols. If he doesn't have money to buy them pistals, he can borrow from NSSF fund.

You all saw pictures of these people on Garden city when there was a bank robbery suspect. I can assure you, the Police finds it very difficult to differentiate armed robbers from Museveni's paramilitary goons whenever there is an operation.

A lot has been said about how monstrous Museveni has been and how he is super-gluing on power but there are other dangerous DRAGON BEASTS at large in Uganda whom we should think about how to neutralise their activities come 2011.

These are Eng. Kigundu of EC who cooks up results and Judge Ben Odoki who defends it. Infact Justice Odoki has so far done it twice. I think it is a high time we showed these two the dangers they have put us in. Was it not for these two legal criminals, we would not really be trying to juggle strategies in an effort to see off Museveni. He would have been long gone.

Believe me, in the short run if we are to go by elections, Ugandans only relief will come from a sane EC and impartial judiciary. Can some one guess why Chief J. Wako Wambuzi was retired close to the 2001 elections and Besweri Akabwai also removed from EC?

Museveni knew those two would not probably give him a good rigging deal.

These are the two institutions which are holding us back and blood of those dying now should choke them to death.

We would not be talking about senior army officers planning a coup or anything related to that but forging a way forward out of the deep pit Museveni has put us in.

Infact we have gathered enough evidence to show how monstrous this rigime is so, why don't we now really use this forum RK to bounce ideas of what we can do to liberate ourselves other than singing the same old song?

This the ripe time to start strategising and assuring EC and Judiciary head that they owe us a service not a favour.

How much time have these people had 'to guide the budgeting and monitoring of the scheme'?

If I wasn't the sceptical type I'd immediately think they were planning to 'guide' it elsewhere. Of course they would never think of doing that would they. Would they?

I have been in Uganda over Christmas and have to say the place is a total mess. The mess is more with the so called BODA BODA (motorbike taxis). These guys are all over the place. I was shocked seeing them riding from the parliament. My question is where do these guys come from OR who is behind this? I remember in the last days of Obote 2 there was a huge pouring of these street boys mending roads and only disappearing at night, no one knew where they resided and indeed the govt was not interested in finding out and finding a solution to its population. It was found out that these were M7 intelligence agents acting in Kampala (or were they?). I am not sure but as far as I'm concerned M7 will use any method to spy on the nation. My question is are these boys under the influence of the coward in power to find out what is going on? State analyst and Musolin what do you have on this? How much shall we say when riding with the fellows?

Thanks very much for hosting this excellent site. It allows us Ugandans to air our views and other peace loving non Ugandans.

To remind some of us in diasapora is that Museveni has in mind to eliminate all non Bahima especially people from the North and Eastern Uganda. He has tried in many ways to send ESO to eliminate people but that was not effective. As you know he always changes like a chameleon. He has now come to London in a different colour by sending a girl by the name Esther Clara Adoch to try to convince people in London to open an account with DFCU. This was directed especially to the Acholis in London and they have welcomed the idea with open hand.

I think some people forget so easy and above all they are not analytical. The first thing they should have asked is WHY the Acholis not other Ugandans in other towns. Salim used the Acholis to try to steal their land and this might still be going on. Museveni is using Ocitti and people seem to be sleeping. Before you know Museveni will start saying you are the ones funding Kony. There is also risk of Museveni claimimg that you are terrorist therefore you will loose you status in the UK. Wake up guys and take care mates.

Dear readers, last year, about five weeks after the US election, in what is seen as a desperate bid to curry favor with the incoming US president Obama, Museveni is known to have attempted a secret trip to Kogelo, Nyanza, Kenya, supposedly to pay homage to Obama's family.

Reports said, strangely, either deliberately or otherwise, the Kenya government was not alerted of Museveni's visit. It is understood that after the presidential convoy crossed into Kenya and his destination got known, the Kenyan gov't after "due consultations" opted to stop the convoy as it approached Kogelo.

It was revealed that the convoy was transporting various goodies including blankets, food, clothing, drinks etc, to donate to the people of Kogelo for the celebrations of the Obama victory. The Kenyan security politely cited 'protocol problems' in stopping the embarrassed Ugandan president who then returned to Uganda with his rejected loot.

During his State House staff Christmas party, M7 amused them by saying that as a diligent manager of public resources, he could not authorise alcoholic drinks for the party or hotel accommodation for those unable to travel back to their homes. The amusement was manifest on all the faces of the staff whose only duties are to facilitate M7's capacity to steal public resources. They also know better than anybody else of the lavish lifestyles at public expense.

As US Barack Obama's rise is fast becoming M7's biggest problem, so too are associated issues. Recently, the US has begun condemning Uganda sponsored DRC rebel Laurent Nkunda. The New York Times published a reflection of the shift of the US establishment's mood on Nkunda.

Also I want to tell you about Muhoozi Keinerugaba Museveni's first born, with a woman who later disappeared, presumed murdered while he (Museveni) led a criminal life in Dar-es Salaam, Tanzania in the mid 1970s. The woman was formerly married to Black Mwesigwa, Museveni's political mentor but later developed an affair with Museveni who lived at the couple's house in Dar es Salaam.

It is said Mwesigwa then surrendered the lady to Yoweri Tibuhaburwa Museveni who eventually murdered her under mysterious circumstances that have remained unresolved to the present day. Suffice it though, Black Mwesigwa was later himself murdered by Museveni under equally mysterious circumstances.

Many other prominent persons have been murdered by Museveni under similar and familiar mysteries. Yoweri Tibuhaburwa Museveni was then an unemployed lumpen in the City of Dar es Salaam and used to survive mainly by con artistry mainly by fake gemstone dealings. Museveni trotted mainly between Dar es Salaam, Nairobi and Mombasa pedlling fake gold, fake Tanzanite gemstone and fake diamonds.

He also engaged in smuggling of stolen cars from Nairobi, Kenya to Tanzania. He was a close confidant and partner in crime of one Jack Maumbe Mukwana, a seasoned car robber who was frequently jailed in Kenya for various violent crime offences.

Museveni himself confessed on a Ugandan radio programme, Capital Gang that he had been jailed "in 26 different prisons in Tanzania during the mid 1970s", for various criminal offences. Museveni had once narrowly escaped military police arrest while on a robbery mission to Mbale, Uganda at the residence of his partner in crime Maumbe Mukwana in 1973.

The two had planned to rob a train carrying the then new currency notes from Kampala to Gulu via Mbale, Soroti and Lira. The robbery was planned to take place between Tororo and Mbale. Unfortunately for them, one of Jack Maumbe Mukwana's neighbours in Malukhu Housing Estate, Mbale, reported the gang to the Military Police.

Upon arrival in the housing Estate, Museveni and Maumbe opened fire killing several dozens of military police as M7 escaped into the eucalyptus forest and found his way to Kenya and Tanzania with help of Banyarwanda porters in a local skins and hides factory. Maumbe Mukwana's houseboy called Sebastiano Namirundi, together with another military friend named Captain Tom Masaba were arrested soon after and executed in public by Idi Amin's soldiers.
