I must say that in my reading your articles, I begun to question myself what is the truth in Africa. I then begun wondering about on the internet and finally landed on some information.

Am sure you have access to all these websites but having read those articles regarding Rwanda, I thought it would do SOME GOOD to those gentlemen making noise about "Linda" to go to the "allthingspass" website and educate/judge for themselves.

Surprisingly, there is a pattern formed between Kagame's and Museveni ideologies.

FORMER BOSS OF THE NEW TIMES PAPER AND CONTACT FM GOES MISSING

I read on your website about the harassment of journalists in Rwanda by Dr. Ndahiro, particularly JB the former MD of The New Times and radio Contact FM.

There is a talk in Kigali that JB has been missing for the last two weeks, and it is highly suspected that he was nabbed by Ndahiro's security agents. Some sources say that he has fled the country for fear of his life

Malicious self styled Doctor, stop being another Kakoza Mutale of KAP! Surely the Spy Doctor has been on him, and should anything happen to the young man, his family and friends will hold you responsible.

SHODDY WORK AT THE RWANDAN PENTAGON, NDAHIRO QUIZZED!

First of all you will recall that Ndahiro, the Rwandan Spy chief was directly involved in the appointment of his long time girl friend Ms Linda Bihire (read Mama Edgar Ndahiro), the new Minister of Infrastructure.

Now the Spy chief is in hot soup, as it has emerged that he’s been using (read abusing) his office not only to get his former girl friends jobs in the country but also instructing the National Tender Board to give tenders to Mulinga, his legal wife. The recent scam is that of the magnificent building that houses the Ministry of Defense and the RDF headquarters.

Our Pentagon is now being reconstructed because of this family’s corruption. In that tender, Mulinga and Ndahiro were supposed to supply 20.000 metric tones of Cement. But this was never the case, as the family connived with the constructors to supply not less of the quantity, but also poor quality cement.

Ndahiro and Mulinga are the most corrupt couple in town, but the no nonsense President of Rwanda has quizzed the malicious spy about this matter, and people are eagerly and patiently waiting for Kagame’s action

KAGAME'S PLANS TO LEAD RWANDA STARTED WAY BACK BEFORE THE STRUGGLE.

Given the way the history of RPF/A war is documented or told, There is much evidence of Kagames' earlier long term plans to make himself the emperor of the Region and Dictor of Rwanda.

If you follow closely how here in Rwanda they write the history of how the RPF fought the their war of liberation, little or none is mentioned about the first part of the war (Oct and Nov 1990). Kagame's Government authorizes only RPA WAR Stories from the time he took over leadership of RPF/A. For those who may not be aware Kagame Stayed out of the war till early Dec 1990 when he came in as RPF/A Leader. Nobody expected him to lead RPF anyway, but it happened. By this time a lot had been done for two months that came to put Rwanda as a nation on the world map that it is today.

Gen. F. Rwigema the leader and Initiator of the war had passed away in a very confusing manner to the laymen (not to the insiders). Many good figthers (Officers and men) had fallen in their geat numbers to the Alliance of RGF, French, Belgian and Zairean troops. Mark you, we lost the majority of the would be good Generals in Region and the world.

Take a look at these Names that are little known of by the Rwandese society but all well remembered by Ugandans where they did outstanding work in NRA; and only still remembered by those sidelined by Kagame Government: Rwigema, Bayingana, Bunyenyezi, Adam, Bitamazire, Kalemera, Leo Kanamugire, Mugunga Sr and Jr, J.Madra, Gakuba, Rugyema, Karaveri and so many others (all officers) and many soldiers in their several hundreds.

Why can't RPF govt respect these people by just remembering them and keeping them on record of what they did for us? Why can't Kagame authorize at least the building of a monument at the site of Gen. Rwigema's death site of Matimba near Kagitumba?

Why not a big monument at Lyabega where Bunyenyezi and Bayingana were killed on the same day (Oct 23,1990) plus all officers and men of the then RPA 3rd BN who perished on the same site? Why not comment on, respect or honour the first few officers and men who commanded the first attacks (shot the first shots) on enemy strongholds? Why harras and oppress some of these few alive officers to extent of running away from the country that they paid such a big price?

Imagine a man like Michael MUPENDE who fought gallantly in the first attacks of Gabiro. This man together with one late Rukundo were our commanders ( first two companies that attacked gabiro for the first time) the two companies were cordinated by Capt Bitamazire. Mupende later incurred serous multiple injuries in his private parts and legs after leading us into various non-stop battles of late 90's. To my suprise, this guy never surfaced much later into the RPA Circles and long after I had been demobilized, I heard that he was made to runaway from the country with his family. Many others were side lined and you can't tell whether they are part of RPF/A or not.

SINCERELY kAGAMES' SYSTEM SHOULD REMEMBER HOW IT CAME INTO EXISTENCE AND RESPECT THOSE WHO CONTRIBUTED TO ITS EXISTENCE.

NDAHIRO, WILL BE WATCHED ON T.V LIKE KAYIBANDA

It is always advisable to do good things while still on this earth. Right from childhood, parents strive hard to teach their kids good moral and Christian values, as this is the only logical way to prepare them to face the challenges in this world.

However, some people like Ndahiro have failed to learn from history or even take their parent's teachings seriously. The guy feels happy and proud to do harm to others, and has made torturing and persecuting others as part of his daily menu.

Bwana Spy, you are actually doing a disservice to your entire family! One day, the whole world (particularly Rwandans) will watch you on T.V like we are watching Kayibanda!

I would like to appreciate the three gentlemen's contribution in as dispensing justice in this country is concerned. Honestly they came at a time when the Rwandan society had been bleeding with Gahima's wrath and lack of integrity.

It is in this regard that I would like the trios to avoid being influenced by the spy. The spy is fond of witch hunting his perceived enemies using the persecution and courts of law. At times he will come to you alleging that the evidence he has against a person is "classified information", and will plead with you to join him in fighting his perceived enemies. In actual fact those he refers to as his enemies are actually Rwandans who have failed to be part of his "munyangire philosophy".

Otherwise, Rwandans have total faith, trust and confidence in you. And will continue to do so in as long as you keep a distance from the notorious and sadist spy.

mujebale je mukola. Check on the New Times Rwanda website and check on the poll question on education. Check the results and find out why it is rated fair and needs improvement.

From there do your research and find out where all the big shots kids go to school. From the top most guy, ministers and those who have the money. None of their kids except a few in primary schools and a few like 10% in secondary schools. Where are the other kids going to school? U.S, U.K, South Africa, Kenya and Uganda.

How do you expect education to be better when "abaana babakulu" are "exported"? You think they will care about local schools when their kids are not affected? Mbu bwo simagila nga babega. Katwe find out and tell rwandans the truth.

SPY CHIEF PLOTING TO HAVE STATE MINISTER AND SECRETARY GENERAL ARRESTED

Dr. Emmanuel is using his mistress Linda Bihire (Minister of Infrastructure) to carry out a smear campaign against her State Minister Albert Butare and Secretary General Vicent Atwaduyenge for his own usual motive, so that he can create his own team headed by his mistress and embezzle government funds, like he has done previously. That happened in the Rwanda Tel where he recruited Ephrem and both embezzled millions of Dollars.

We the Rwandese have not forgotten and we are watching you with our intelligent President.

RE: ANOTHER GAHIMA IN TOWN: NDAHIRO TAKES OVER

Certainly Rwandans don't like being reminded of Gahima, Rudasingwa and Nkusi. The three guys did more harm than good to the Rwandan people for years, till when President Kagame showed them the door.

However, we still have some other relative or cousin of Gahima called Ndahiro. A lot has been said and written about him. Personally I hate pushing people's views under carpet. Who's this Ndahiro who does not want to learn from the trios? Today he's busy making people's lives impossible, but certainly a day will come when he will lose that "privilege of persecuting and harassing peoples of all walks"..army officers, business people, journalists and men (whose wives he wants to snatch).

NDAHIRO AND BIHIRE READY TO GRAB

It is no longer a secret that Ndahiro influenced Linda's appointment not only to have her around town as his "second wife", but more so for grabbing the ministry's tenders. You know how much this guy likes the 10% commission! Remember the junk helicopter. It is very unfortunate that both long time lovers are determined to grab all tenders in the Ministry of Infrastructure.

The Secretary General in the same Ministry is already in arms with the two, and reliable sources has intimated that he may lose his job because he has vowed not to allow Ndahiro and Linda's thirst for stealing public funds. The two love birds belief is that "a man eateth where he worketh"! But not when President Kagame is watching!

Malicious and Corrupt Ndahiro reminds us of the like of Kajeguhakwa, Gahima and Nkusi!
