Dear Radio Katwe, I salute you and all Ugandans,
As always apologies for failing to update you in the past few weeks as we have been very busy with state duties, it is our responsibility to keep an eye on the chicken thief (you know who).
After capturing power in 1986, we solders have lost all the little respect we had for him. But I know even ordinary citizens will find it hard to respect such a man. The newspapers have done a rather poor job of giving you the full story but people in Kyadondo North constituency have seen for themselves and will agree with me, that a man who is chief organiser of the kind of thuggery and open stealing of votes for his NRM candidate Robert Kasule that went on last Thursday deserves no respect.
Well, we have just returned from Burundi where a certain "revolutionary" and "visionary" leader, the one and only Yoweri has been at his best fooling the apparently more gullible citizens of Burundi.
It takes rare nerve for a man with his bloody record to present themselves as the peace maker of the region, attempting to preside over peace talks and engaging in a peace marathon to hoodwink the public. A fox being entrusted to keep chicken would not be a bad analogy.
However, one senior Burundian security operative was not impressed with Yoweri's gimmicks and remarked that "this fellow was responsible for the assasination of two of our presidents and now he is talking about peace! What a joke". Many of our security officers heard this so those of you who can should cross-check with them lest it be said Captain Vincent is making up words.
Well, my task today is to sound out a warning to the relatives and friends of Madam Rose Kabuye, currently out on bail awaiting trial in Paris, France.
By now, regular readers here have heard that Col. Emmanuel Ndahiro the head of External Security in Rwanda paid our old hyena (with the brain of a sly fox) a visit prior to our going to Burundi. They discussed two major issues: one, coordination of support for the other up and coming dangerous hyena, General Nkunda and secondly, how to "sort out" Rose Kabuye before she gets ideas and starts opening her big mouth. There is a genuine fear that her trial presents an opportunity to, or will unearth evidence which may lead down paths better left unexplored.
What I am about to reveal is accurate and very serious information sourced as usual from the highest levels of intelligence. I now confirm that it has been decided to assassinate Rose Kabuye.
A decision has been reached that it is in the interest of the two current presidents Paul Kagame and Yoweri Museveni to kill this woman as soon as possible, rather than run the risk of her going to court and willingly or indavertently singing about things which they would rather be kept secret.
I have no accurate information about her exact whereabouts but it appears Ms. kabuye is staying with relatives or friends in Paris, with little or no protection from the state. This is big mistake number one and I appeal to all her friends and relatives to urgently alert this poor lady because the order is already out, it is now a matter of being implemented.
Let her place herself in the safe custody of police, a prison or whatever other protection as can be provided by competent state authorities. Otherwise her days are numbered. She will be the vicitm of an "illness" or "unfortunate incident" and that will be the end of it. In which case (God forbid), let her not claim we did not warn her. Col. Ndahiro was here to solicit the help and cooperation of the more experienced hyena, on how to trap and 'eat' this poor lady.
Whereas she is accused of serious crimes, and has a human rights record not worth defending, it is in the interest of all civilised people for her to receive a fair trial and be found guilty or exonerated from the charges. But you can see the two supposed enemies Kagame and Yoweri Musevei, who when it comes to committing a crime, drop their alleged "bitter rivalry" and work together for common self interest.
But it is time this culture of killing was brought to an end!
I end by telling my colleagues in PGB and intelligence operatives that we need to be very careful because these hyenas will eat us after feasting on the public. Remember an old dog that can no longer go out to hunt for food often turns around and feasts on its puppies. So colleagues and Afendes, better watch it.
Sorry, I need to go get some rest because in the next few days we are traveling again.

I remember when i was young, i used to hear quite often that, whoever comes up with unsubstantiated news, was linked to radio Katwe lister, the above belief can now be demonstrated by the recent article by the so called Captain Vincent in his insane article "A hit on Rose Kabuye ordered 09 Dec 2008" this gossip has just saddened and sobered me,this was just adding an insult to an injury, where all justice loving Rwandans and fellow Ugandas are all eagerly waiting for the quicker release or trial of this innocent political hostage.
The world may be as good as hell if we were to have alot of claimed "Captain Vincent". You have proved yourself as a laughing material with your article.

Radio Katwe,I think you are giving too much credit to M7 and Kagame. From what I hear, the French are watching Rose Kabuye so closely that even when she farts they know.M7 and Kagame do not have the capability to carry out a successful hit on Rose Kabuye. Remember you told us the same story when Rose Birungi was arrested, she is now safely behind bars in a UK jail.
The other thing is the French only need Rose Kabuye to start the trial. Once the trial starts the French already have evidence of Kagame and M7 complicity in the crime. Remember they secured the scene of the plane crash when Habyarimanas plane was shot down.
In my opinion,the only purpose of Rose kabuye's trial is to set the stage for Kagame's trial for the murder of Habyarimana. With Hilary Clinton having failed to become President in the US there is nobody to give M7 and Kagame diplomatic cover anymore.
We hope it is also obvious that once leaked, these missions are forced to abort. That is our objective. It is no joke because sad to say, missions like this have succeeded in the past.
Even if the French authorities don't watch Ms Kabuye, it is counter-productive if she jumps bail because then the conclusion will be obvious. But in some sick minds, no trial is preferrable as it maintains the status quo.
There is one and only one right way of resolving these issues, which a free and fair trial in good time.
That is how all these accusations and counter-accusations should be resolved. A fair trial is the road to closure. If not guilty, ill motivated accusers are silenced, or if guilty, justice is done as the law dictates. Killing and violence just complicate problems.
