Dear fellow Ugandans,
I wish to respond to a comment by one of the readers claiming my stories are 'too good to be true'.
Fellow Ugandans, ladies and gentlemen, can any one point out any story or piece of information written by Captain Vincent that has turned out to be false?
People, lets be serious. First and foremost, this is not fun, we insiders are putting our lives in great danger to expose this man. It is unreasonable to think that someone can take such a risk to say things which are false and of no value, when their only 'reward' if discovered is certain death.
We are not journalists so forgive us for professional shortcomings, but lets respect each other and learn from one another as we awaken ourselves from the long sleep; let not the now more than 22 hrs of 'sleep' become a full day of 24hrs (read 24 years). Otherwise we shall be called fools, and rightly so. Because surely, who else but fools can put up with the evils this regime has visited on our beloved country without a single protest? Are we slaves bought and paid for by Museveni and his henchmen to be robbed and abused at will as we just look on silently?
Through a freakish natural talent and long practice, Museveni has become a master at mixing just enough believability with the outrageous lies he tells to fool all but the most discerning. It is when you know both the public persona and private Museveni that you will be shocked at the audacity and evil this man is capable of. So even though we are not reporters and have other things to do, we feel it is our responsibility to do what has been previously impossible, that is expose these hidden facts and lies by our one and only "revolutionary" Yoweri T. Museveni. Otherwise one day we shall wake up to find he set the whole country on fire and who shall we blame, 'colonialists' as some of our friends are fond of doing?
For those who claim our stories are too good to be true, we told you only last week that you will increasingly see scandal after scandal targetting high profile figures like VP Bukenya on a monthly basis.
You can now see what is being written about him in our local newspapers.
Ugandans, for those of you who may not be aware, VP Bukenya's security detail from PGB are there not only to guard, but also keep him under 24 hour surveillance. A daily report on all his movements and activities must submitted to Museveni as soon as we have him in his house at the end of each day. During the presidents absence, the report is submitted to General Salim Saleh and Museveni's son Major Muhoozi.
Ever since Museveni detected signs (true or not) of ambition and a potential rival in VP Bukenya, the PGB's duty has been not to guard, but spy on him 24 hrs 7 days. Do not be deceived by appearances, "Mahogany" as he is sometimes fondly referred to is for all practical purposes a prisoner of Museveni.
We told you last year that Museveni was out to steal workers pensions in the NSSF. To greedy selfish people like Museveni, the billions of "free" cash collected by the NSSF are an irresistible temptation. From the beginning, Museveni's long term strategy was to control all the economic levers and sources of significant wealth in the country. No entity or person can be allowed to prosper freely, lest they become too independently powerful and a "threat" to his stranglehold on Uganda. You may take that as another consequence of the so-called "soft dictatorship".
Museveni and his fellow thugs were unhappy that NSSF had made a joint venture with Mugoya to build houses for Ugandan workers along Masaka road because they were not part of this deal. As we have repeatedly stated before, there is no big undertaking in Uganda today in which Museveni and or his relatives are not party to. As some businessmen have painfully discovered, if these predatory people are not part of the deal, they kill it.
Ask this lady, former Minister of Labour Zoe Bakoro Bakoku who fled to the USA. She was almost killed by Museveni when he demand she hand over cash from NSSF and Mugoya for his 2006 presidential campaigns and she was not producing a penny. This lady can never come back to Uganda. In fact intelligence units have been planning to have her kidnapped and brought back.
By this report, we also alert Ugandans to the fact that the biggest conduits for the most recent scheme to steal NSSF money are one Moses Byuruhanga and our Mama Amelia the PPS, who is now in charge of the construction of the so called 27 floor NRM tower.
She has been trying to con so-called "investors" from North Korea and China to invest in this construction but most clever investors find her business proposal infeasible, unsound and fake.
Moses and Amelia keep claiming that all government ministries will have to shift to the new NRM tower and pay rent, but one Chinese investor asked them how they intend to realise the return on investment in 10 years when indications are that all their acts and plans were at best temporary? and this from a party whose intention to stay in power was not sustainable and it would be bad business to loan them money.
Never mind the absurdity of extorting even more money from over-burdened tax payers because by forcing government ministries to be tenants on what is formerly government property, this will surely be daylight robbery. Ugandans, take note, the fact that this is a thinly veiled scheme to use the NRM to grab your property and NSSF money is obvious because no commercial lender worth their salt will put even one cent into this deal. That is why they are raiding the NSSF which at present is open to political manipulation.
This is the hard earned money of all Ugandan workers. Instead of investing it in projects that benefit the rightful owners, the workers, the NSSF being used to fund a political party that will benefit only a few crooks.
I end by warning workers that if we allow this corrupt "Revolutionary" Yoweri T. Museveni to dip his dirty hands in the till holding workers money, you can as well kiss your savings and pension goodbye. You will have worked for nothing.
An old and experienced fox does not guard chickens, period.

If, as you say, you guys watch 'Mahogany' can you please enlighten us as to whether there is any substance in his reported/alleged affair with Kabasinguzi Akiiki or is it just mpewo?

hi rk,here below is something i came across while going about my research and thought perfectly describes TIBA... YOWERI MUSEVENI and co. in their dealings with ugandans. We can cite a long long list of people who might include,MAYOMBO(RIP),THE VETERANS,BESIGYE,THE WITNESSES IN THE BESIGYE CASE,KIGGUNDU(RIP),etc etc.and sadly TRUE UGANDANS in general.
"Negative is about lies and deceit, trickery and games, manipulation, violating free will at every chance, suppressing truth and knowledge, and taking as much as they can possibly take, while giving nothing in return, until tossing you aside, chewed up and spit out and ripped limb from limb, figuratively speaking. When you align yourself with that, you align yourself with what that has to offer - which is nothing.
They may trick you into thinking they're doing something for you, and offer up tempting prospects to lure you in, but it's all an illusion, just lies and deceit. And as soon as you have served their agenda, and have been used up as their pawn, they toss you aside, with no regards for you or what you may have done for them. There is no "loyalty". They will not be there to assist you and bail you out of life threatening situations.

Dear Ndugu Brown,
I refer to your letter No. 2 asking whether it is true The VP had an affair with one Kabasinguzi.
First and foremost, I am a professional with over 30 years experience and it would be sad for me to spend time on Mahogany's personal affairs when Yoweri is busy robbing our country blind. Getting distracted with "Mahogany" will enable the thief take off with his loot.
For a fact, Mahogany has a major weakness as far as women are concerned. That is his major problem and will be his down fall. In fact, we sympathisers once warned him that Mzee was spying on him and would one day use the massive data collected against him. The VP has another unexpected vulnerability in that he is a devout Catholic and believe me Yoweri is no fool, he will exploit this relationship with the Catholic church Cardinals and Fathers.
The reason you see Mzee using women is that he knows it is a portent issue that he can use to drive a wedge between the catholic priesthood and Bukenya right up to the Vatican. In fact, I am carrying out my own counter intelligence regarding the appointment of one thug to the Vatican as a Uganda government representative. This man's mission is to show the Pope the bad side of Bukenya should he ever mount a political challenge against the one and only "Revolutionary" of our time.
All Yoweri has to do is to send the thick dossier on Bukenya, complete with photos of all his women to the Pope and others.
Bukenya is one man who does not listen and thinks all of us who guard him are bad and blindly support M7. He is understandably suspicious of all "Bahima", but this also creates complications for those of us who genuinely want to help him because it is difficult to tell friend from foe.
I am sure he already knows (because you must always remember that Bukenya is a typical educated Ugandan but with plenty of street smarts, a "muyaye") but if he doesn't, he should know that he is not guarded by ordinary PGB officers and men, but by PGB intelligence.
One should then ask, why did he call himself "Mahogony"?
Well, Bukenya and I do not want to speak for him because I know sooner or later, when he realises he has nothing more to lose, he will unload dark secrets regarding the secret life of Yoweri which he managed to gain using his own PGB contacts before we stopped it. There is a tragic side to it though, Museveni is a ruthless killer, so many of those contacts have now been "physically eliminated", may their souls rest in peace.
One of these dark secrets is the day then Minister in charge of the presidency Prof. G. Bukenya caught Museveni red handed with the wife of one of "his most trusted" Ministers. The good profesor was shocked out of his wits. I have hard evidence on this and would not have wanted to spare the "son of Kaguta", but the parties involved are personal friends. Moreover, I can't bring myself to inflict such shame on their children by spilling the beans here, since I'm an 'uncle'.
This is by no means an isolated incident, but is in fact the norm. If we in PGB start going petty on Mzee's affairs with all types of women, Ugandans would be shocked. For your information, cameras are strictly prohibited around Mzee or his private Wings otherwise we would have taken the opportunity to show you the true Yoweri at his best. Ugandans have not seen any thing yet.
I bring up these incidents to make one important: that Ndugu Brown, the better question is not whether or not the allegations about Prof. Bukenya carry any substance, but why he is being singled out.
If you line up the whole of Museven's cabinet and ask the guilty ones to be stoned, who would be left standing? Why only Bukenya when to mention but a few - people like Yoweri, Saleh, his own son Muhoozi, Muhwezi, Amama Mbabazi etc all chase women of all sorts on a regular basis but you never read about them in the newspapers? What is it about Prof. Bukenya that he is singled out for public humiliation, and treat him like a fool?
I end by saying, yes, Bukenya is under a 24 hr watch but he is no fool either and since he is not a bad man, I will not reveal how he plays his games to beat the surveillance. Only an experienced hand can close those gaps, not these young green horns of ours who show no respect to their elders. They think that Muhoozi being their boss is life at its best, which I hope is a sufficient window into their own reasoning capabilities. Let them continue bungling, why share our hard earned experience with these young fools?

We thank you for exposing this thief in Museveni. Obviously there are those who support him because they are also stealing or benefiting from Peoples sweat. Just continue giving us all the data. You are the only source that gives us conc 'ink' from that statehouse of theirs, where we are told even a fly cant go unnoticed.
Those that are against you can go and hang.The truth hurts. Happily for us, we are very sure this chronically corrupt and tribalistic leadership is on its way out of our country.
