Dear Katwe, thank you for giving us the much needed information about the sick regime we have in Kampala.

I would like to comment on the attrocites committed by Museveni against the people of Northern region and other parts of the Uganda.Recently, Lt. Godfrey Masaba was in the news for exposing the truth about who was commiting atrocities against the people of Northern uganda. Of course I was not surprised that Museveni and his cronies were doing this. Just like it has been mentioned before that Museveni enjoys killing people, I will not deviate much from that argument.

I would like to share with you what happened in Luwero triangle during the five year war that was waged against a democratically elected government. I grew up in Nakaseke and that is where my father is buried. I also believe that I will buried there.

Whereas Ugandans have been made to believe that it was the Obote soldiers who killed ALL the people in Luweero, for us who were in that area know this is not the case. Furthermore, Museveni himself writes in the Mustard Seed book that they used to recruit children into their rebel outfit. Recruiting children into the army is one of the crimes that Jean Pierre Bemba the Congolese is being accussed of.

Many people personally known to me were killed by the NRA rebels, just on being suspected for being governemnet spies (Kipinga). I know this because even though I was a boy when the war started, I can still re-collect all the people in this area that were killed by either Obote soldiers or NRA rebels.

Even though UNLA also killed I can tell you guys that NRA rebels take a gold medal for the the killings that took place in this area. Many people were picked up by the rebels and up to today, no one knows where they are. As it happens today, even then people would be made to disappear without a trace! I cannot say it is true but rumor has it that these people were killed and thereafter "eaten" by NRA rebels!! Strangely enough, an accusation also levelled against a Congolese militia group supported and trained by Museveni and his Generals.

Without any difficulty, I can personally name many people were killed. The lucky ones at least were burried by their relatives. Many unlucky ones did not recieve a decent burrial! And none of their families know their whereabouts up to today! So, readers if you think that killings by Museveni just started today, you are completely mistaken. He has been in this business and will continue doing so, until he meets his creator. Remember Pol Pot of Cambodia? This guy seems to be his admirer!

I am currently wrting a book about the Untold Story in Luweero triangle: The Brutal war. I have, up to this day interviewed more that 3,000 residents in this area, and I have gathered alot of valuable information about the atrocities committed by Museveni and his henchmen (and also the UNLA). I intend to publish it later next year. This book will tell all, and contains gruesome stories you have probably never heard about.

Do not be decieved that the peasants of Luweero are so daft that they do not know who killed their beloved ones. They know this, and Museveni also knows that they are aware of the atrocities he committed against them. In fact, if you didn't know this, whenever there is an election, Museveni uses these killings to intimidate these peasants into submission meaning voting for him.

Remember Charles Taylor? Liberians voted for him not because they loved him, but because he threatened to "go back to the bush" if he was not elected president. Even as President, he continued to kill his own people - which is the same thing Museveni does in Uganda.

I will tell you a little story; one time I asked my mother who, by all measures is a humble peasant in Nakaseke, as to why they overwhelmingly vote for Museveni in every successive election. Here is what she told me in her own words:

"We cannot vote for any other person as long as Museveni stands in that election. Because if he is not elected, he will go back to the bush and start killing us all over again."

I had no more questions for the old lady.

Several months later, when I was interviewing people for my upcoming book, I came to know that every election period, Museveni's agents go back to Luweero villages to remind people about their obligation to vote for Museveni, for if they do otherwise, he will go back to the bush and kill them. Those of you who originate from Luweero know this as public secret. If you think am making up this, gain the confidence of these people then talk to them, and they will tell you. But only when they trust you, because there are many CMI agents in that place, looking out for dissidents!

It is pretty easy to intimidate people in rural areas into submission because, like my mother, the majority of them are not exposed. Many did not go to school either or have recieved very little education to enable them be empowered. Even those who have gone to school today, they have dropped out without reaching the level that will be beneficial for their empowerment

If you have been one of those who believe that Museveni did not commit genocide in Luweero, then this coming book will be a must read for you. I also appeal to any of you guys out there with any useful information about Luweero killings, to post it here. I can collate some of with what I have and include same into my book.
