Since Brig. Noble Mayombo died over one year back, the young upcoming officers in the army have been fearing for their lives. They saw that being seen as "ambitious" and with influence in the army can be a death sentence.

Brig. James Mugira of the Mechanised Brigade in Masaka has kept a very low profile since Mayombo's death. He was close to the Noble Mayombo family and was a godfather to Mayombo's children. He knows that he would be watched to see if he could have been part of the attempted militarty coup planned by Mayombo against Museveni.

At Kololo airstrip, the Master of Ceremonies was Robert Kabushenga who is also the MD of New Vision. Kabushenga was another close friend and shed tears as he praised Mayombo, the TV cameras captured him weeping.

It seems that the act of publicly weeping for Mayombo by Kabushenga was noted by the two counter-intelligence teams that Museveni has ordered to get to the bottom of the Mayombo coup and who else was involved in it. Kabushenga, who at times has spoken with disgust against "the Bahima in power" when he is drunk and off guard is being watched by our super secret intelligence boys as we speak.

Recently Red Papper came out with the sensational story talking of NRM top shots who are planning to oust Museveni. One of the top shots who Red Pepper talked of was Col. Leo Kyanda the Chief of the dreaded Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI). We can tell the Red Pepper though they already know, that this Afande got the shock of his life and then he lost his temper badly.

In his fit of rage, Kyanda decided to hit back at Red Pepper for saying that he is part of the plot to oust Museveni and thereby putting his life in danger becaause he now enters on Museveni's top secret hit list. This is why Red Pepper wrote after the fire which hit its generator that a "UPDF Colonel" was behind the attack on their offices on the Kampala-Jinja highway.

The "UPDF Colonel" is none other than Colonel Leo Kyanda.

We are following reports in intelligence that the same accelerant has been found in nearly all the fires which are destroying Uganda's schools. This points to a common arsonist. We are yet to identify that substance (accelerant) but if we get its name we shall tell you about it.

As you know now, for us we know the arson attacks on schools in Uganda is a Museveni scheme. Don't believe the Police claims that there is negligence and other causes behind it. The deaded CMI which Kyanda heads has been the body that is coordinating and carrying out the schools fires starting with Budo Junior.
