The latest we have got in the Mwine drugs incident is that, after Monitor's News report of 2nd June 2008 about Dr Mwine's Class A drugs search in London, he decided to flee and take refuge with his children in the US as he could not stand the heat arising from the on going drugs trafficking investigations about his wife Hope Mwine aka Hope Cove that were extendeding to him.

Sources close to Mwine's son Mwine Ntare in the US, quoted him saying "we warned our dad three years ago that, this woman was a well known drug dealer in both London and Uganda, but dad refused to listen. As a family all we know is that our dad has done nothing wrong. It was just a wrong choice that he made for a wife, eventually justice will prevail".

When contacted, Plaistow Police station in London, stated they are still investigating the case and asking for anyone with more information or leads to contact them at newham@met.police.uk. The police at the same time thanked those who have so far come up with what they termed "very useful information" about the case.

Meanwhile I got more information about Mrs Mwine's brother George Kabyemera. He is doing 9 years for possesion of cocaine. Find more information at the Essex Police website. He was convicted with one Michael Matovu on 2 June 2006 at Chelmsford Crown Court for dealing in Class A drugs.

Another Ugandan holding a Diplomatic passport Ananias Tumukunde is currently on remand in the UK for Money Laundering offences. See link http://blackstarnews.com. He has been linked to Mrs Mwine and her accomplices namely Richard Atubo (a white collar crime master planner), Beatrice Nankya (a money launderer and people trafficker) and Lt. Rusoke Tagaswire a Ugandan Military Toxicologist (and Money Launderer). All these people are wanted for their involvement in or knowledge of criminal dealings revolving around a UK registered company called CBRM, and Nisa Investments a Ugandan Company in which Tumukunde is a director.

The UK Border Agency is seeking for further information about this gang through its operation to combat human Trafficking called "Pantameter 2" headed by Dr Tim Brian of the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) and Chief Constable of Gloucestershire Constabulary. Dr Tim Brian can be contacted at ACPO Press Office 020 7084 8946/47/48 (office hours) or via 07803 903686 (out of office hours). We urge anybody who has information or knows anything at all to please do the needful. It is to our benefit and responsibility to smoke out these dangerous criminals from our midst.

Eleven UK legislators in the UK House of Commons sponsored a motion where the possibility of Ugandan Diplomatic passports causing threat to the UK security was discussed. These passports could or in fact have already fallen in hands of the most dangerous people on this earth. They called on the British Government to check routinely everyone entering or leaving the UK while carrying a Ugandan diplomatic passport. Find the text at this link http://edmi.parliament.uk

Another source in London informed me, that they have known Mrs Mwine Cove for over 5 years and had always wondered why the UK authorities have been so lenient and taken this long to take her off the streets. She is even more dangerous than the convicted brother Kabyemera. This former acquaintance added, "to me the criminalities this woman has dealt in are far worse than even the murders we have ever heard of. I was very pleased to hear that police were happy to receive information about her. Indeed I informed the police all what l know about her. Crimes like Social Security fraud and others I read about are just trivial, this woman is more dangerous than that".

I thank RK for exposing such gangs consisting of people that should not be allowed to be within the civil society. It is embarrassing to hear that these are the same people always near the head of state for the Republic of Uganda, and supposedly doing their duties in the name of our country Uganda.

God bless Uganda!!
