Uganda's foreign properties to be stolen

Dear Fellow Ugandans,

As always, we beg forgiveness for not updating you in a timely fashion. From time to time, our duties and other considerations make it impossible to be as regular as we would wish.

Well as you may be aware, we had to accompany our Great all time "Revolutionary", the one and only Yoweri T. Museveni first to Arua where he displayed his fake military skills (take it from us who have been around him for the last 40 years, this man is the biggest coward you've ever laid eyes on. Imbued with the ignoble traits of a hyena, he is constantly oscillating between the conflicting demands of an over powering greed, great cowardice and the need to sound big and tough by making as much noise as possible).

Secondly, we had to rush to Kigali, Rwanda to keep things in order as our homegrown "Visionary" came face to face with another "Revolutionary" who inspite of his known problems, appears at least more focused as of now, compared to his revolutionary father figure.

Then we had to follow the Nile and ended up all the way in Cairo, Egypt were the one and only "Revolutionary" seemed a little more at ease among his fellow thugs, in their Great Assemblage, where political lepers, warts and cancers from all over Africa come to compare, admire and give themselves marks for how beautiful and good they are. The difference as we saw it was the presence of one or two heads here and there who at least are working for their countries, however little.

Well, we are now back at our stations in Entebbe and Nakesero and just want to update you on a few issues as we settle down.

Fellow countrymen, the so-called liberator of our time, Yoweri and two other henchmen in the names of Foreign Affairs Minister Sam Kutesa and James Mugume, the permanent secretary Ministry of Foreign Affairs are in the process of "liberating" (read stealing) all our foreign mission properties in New York, Belgium, Paris, Washington, London and Frankfurt.

I'm sure you all know that as Ugandans, we own several properties in foreign cities. By virtue of the fact that they were purchased or built from our tax money, this is our common property held in trust by a sitting government. Many of these properties have been used to house our embassies and diplomatic staff. But as with all other institutions and public wealth over the last 22 years, these valuable properties have been deliberately left to die and rot, or in most cases, "privatised" (read stolen). Read Uganda’s properties abroad face demolition. Make no mistake, this neglect is a calculated strategy. We have seen the same tactic play out in the public sector here at home.

But this time the thieves are getting more and more sophisticated and their deals have become international. With the help of this small man Mugume the PS, and other mafia groups based in those cities, all these missions are going to be deemed beyond repair and scrapped/sold by those 3 thugs. You don't need a University degree to guess who will be on hand to buy and take them over or disappear with the cash as the case may be.

Kutesa and Mugume were placed in Foreign Affairs to steal CHOGM money and sell these properties.

Of late, our "Visionary" leader (albeit without no evidence of having functional eyes and ears) has been singing how he will not sell our oil unless it is refined, otherwise it stays in the ground. Well and good, but we are warning Ugandans that at the same time as they read of refineries being built, Kutesa and Museveni are busy selling this crude to the mercenaries (Sandline International of UK and the Canadian Heritage Oil Corporation) who drill it.

Ask yourself one simple question, if this resource is to be developed for the benefit of our country Uganda as the above claims imply, then why are all the contracts with these oil companies literally kept in Museveni's bedroom?

Do you think these oil companies are charities? They are here to make money, not offer donations to develop Uganda. So, how are they going to recover their investments, does anybody, including our clueless MP's who are charged with the task of supervision know?

The "Visionary" often talks that he wants our products and goods to be processed before they leave the country. That otherwise we "donate" to the Western countries who process and reap multiple times the value out of them. Well and good, but apart from talking and lulling Ugandans to "sleep" with his siasa, what evidence does he have to show us that in all these 22 years he has been in power, he has put money where his mouth is? Futhermore, what explanation does he have for Ugandans as to why BAT (Uganda) has now closed down its processing factories and instead takes raw tobacco leaves to Kenya where it is processed into the finished product (cigarettes)?

What about the many fish factories that are now closing down and transferring to Kisumu in Kenya?

Ugandans, if there is one lesson you should have learnt and mastered by now, it is that with Yoweri and his mafia henchmen, the talk and actions are mirror opposities. Left is right, and right is left. In public, before these oil men and Arabs who were here, they say one thing. In practise, they are doing the exact opposite. He promises heaven "the next time", but meanwhile right here and now, he is sending us and our country straight to hell. You are dealing with a thug, period.
