Dear readers, last Saturday, that is June 28, 2008, the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) held a meeting at its main offices at the former doctors' village on Kitante Road near Mulago.
At the meeting there were several issues of security that were discussed.
A Radio Katwe informer filed this report. You read for yourself:-
Congs to Radio Katwe. CMI held a meeting last Saturday and since they failed to terminate the website (Radio katwe) have resolved to buy it at an astronomical 20 million American green dollars. This was disclosed to the quorum by the head of the intelilegnce unit who by the way is soon to be replaced. Please the voice of the people is going to the dogs if bought. We urge you not to sell please.
We all know who owns Red Pepper, the paper is heavily guarded by the military and tax payers' money is sank into running it because it is a loss-making venture for attacking whoever opposes the 'Expected One' (Expected One is a term our source uses for Yoweri Museveni) .
You recall the city bombings inspired by the CMI in the late nineties, robberies by "unknown people", kidnappings, human trafficking to technicaly divert attention of the peasants from topical issues and to cause fear and paralysis in the whole country before the elections and after.
This time it is truly inspired by JATT, the Joint Anti Terrorism unit headed by the "Butcher of the Acholi" in the late nineties famous for the scorched earth operations, General David Tinyefuza.
Using intelligence (classified account) money, Gen David has recently acquired a brand new state of the art black SUV BMW said to be "designed to respond to his feelings" when he turns on the ignition.
But this time round the fires in schools in many parts of Uganda are meant to divert the public from the land issue. I believe you heard about the secret undercover plot to give away Mabira forest, Shimoni, Bat Valley, with Daniel Atubo's ambitious grand plan to turn Kampala into a 'New York'.
These diversions also have as an intent by the military, to psychologically intimidate Presdient Joseph Kabila that ADF which is allegedly in his country is now attacking Kampala through school fires, yet the whole interest is to get a pretext to invade Congo for the much-loved diamonds by the UPDF generals.
There you are Ugandans. The intelligence service thinks the violence is ochestrated, Museveni is looking for an excuse to go to war with DR Congo and generally cause chaos as a way of using harsh measures to keep an iron grip on power. We can also try and guess that he might also be looking for a fight with President Paul Kagame of Rwanda, but we could be wrong. Thanks go to our informer inside CMI. Please stay safe.
As for the $20 million plan, that is just air. When you are so corrupt and your life revolves around money , grabing and greed, you think everyone else is the same as yourself, that every man has their price. Wrong Afande, wrong.

As of the Fires Destroying Schools in Uganda, That is The Dirty Minded Operative of Yoweri Tibaruhwa Kaguta Museveni !! His Modus Operandi Since FRONASA has Been "Terrorise and Blame". We saw it in Itendero, Luweero, Kanungu,Kigali, Bunia, Gulu and all the areas with mass graves. It is about time For Ugandans not to wait for a Zimbabwe!! Every body in Uganda now is half Starving, be it a Policeman or a simple Mwanainchi. People !!
Museveni has never cared about the destiny of Uganda!! In 1979 war to topple Amin, he Ordered the needless Bombing of towns like Mbarara and Masaka! Have you Forgotten? Time is Up !! React Now or Perish!!

Dear Radio Katwe,
Its very sad you guys think Red Pepper is connected to the state House to me as a fun of Radio Katwe and Red Pepper ..I dont think they have something in common its the same what People used to think about Muwenda .If Red Pepper was with the state house they would not be wrriting things about Amelia Kyambade how Mayombo was killed and the rest.
Its very sad that Red Pepper has got no friend they can write anything about anyone may be thats why its burnt. I feel sorry but also they have to think of what they write about People.
Any way lets see how they got to know who burnt their building its very good they had cameras which will help other burnt buildings like the Budo where innocent girls were killed.
To me I think Museven is doing all that in the name of spoiling uganda that man is heartless my friends.

OPEN LETTER TO MUSEVENI
Dear sir, it appears you are now back to your tried and trusted terrorist methods that you used in the Mpawo atalikaba and Luwero times, only this time the Ugandan people know your evil methods and you are doomed to fail. You must know by now that you are in the evening time of your rule and after all your crimes you have have nowhere to run.
In europe warrants would be quickly issued against you. I therefore urge you to have mercy on the innocent Ugandan people and stop the terror and the school burning, It is counterproductive. Isnt it ironic that after lying and shedding so much blood to come to power you are now a prisoner of it? Perhaps it is time for you to think about a peaceful exit strategy to save lives of people that have suffered so much already.
I prophesy to you that If you unleash death squads you will be unable to control them and just like a boomerang that same violence will come through your front door soon to take you and you family to hell. You must understand that even the people that work for you hate you and are only doing these evil acts because of fear and poverty .
